This Wendy's has to ve the slowest one of all around here, every single person is at the window for at least 5 minutes. I get... some orders have hang ups and slow it down but places seem to get back to speed but not this one. I have never seen so many carspull out of line In a drive-thru. Read more
When arriving at the speaker they took a very long time to say anything. They could?ve asked each customer to ?look at the menu?... or ?I?ll be right with you? but instead they never said anything for five minutes. My order has never been right for a family of four at this location. All we ever get is a simple frosty and I kid you not, the... order is messed up every single time. The other day I bought two junior frostys, one mix and one strawberry. They gave me twostrawberries. Maybe if the workers didn?t gather and smoke in the back they could get orders right ???? They obviously don?t care about Grubhub orders they got one item completely wrong didn?t build the sandwich correctly (aka only... a bun and meat no sauces or cheese) and forgot the dipping sauce for the nuggets, . When I called to try and and see what was sohard to comprehend bout making a sandwich and putting sauces into a bag no one answered three calls later and here we are now.Don?t do Grubhub at this Wendy?s if you want your order done right. This Wendy's has gone down in both service and cleanliness, although friendly the servers could not get it together every order... that I saw taken had an issue even the drive through customers were having to come inside and have their order fixed. The placeis unkempt (pics)my husband and I both order bacon cheddar on chicken my order came with 2 bottom buns and my husband's bottombun was in pieces under a mess . Niether were hot enough to melt the cheese, the fries were barely warm. I used to love thislocation but unfortunately this isn't the first time I've experienced this situation at this location. Over cooked meat to where its crunchy. And they always mess up the order ams they never answer the phone. My daughter cant even... enjoy her biggie bag because they put spicey nuggets and threw the food in the bag like they were feeding a dog. Read more

It's fast food. Nothing special. Prices have jumped with the corporate greed that's going around and causing inflation, but not... much we can do about that other than vote for less terrible people.
