Bery slow service. Waited 10 minutes inside for food. Very few people inside 5 or 6. Catered to drive thru traffic. Food cold... when we received it after waiting. Very clean facilities, restrooms and dinning atea. Very friendly staff. Read more
They upped their productivity and the gentleman was very friendly which has been a problem in the past but every time I go there... is something missing. Cookies, chicken nugget sauces and yesterday my chips to go in my taco salad. Ruins the taste and dinneras far as I'm concerned. Read more
The last two times I went there my food was hot and fresh, the cheese was even melted on the burger, I can't tell you the last... time before then that I remember experiencing that. Now the remodeling my have had something to do with that, seems to havepositively impacted the employees attitude. But they did forget my sauce once so consider this a true 3 stars but they couldhave been 3.5. Read more
This location needs to be shut down!!! Most of the employees are rude and their customer service sucks. I ordered food from this... location and did not receive all my food. One of the employees was making side comments and told his Co worker I should gosomewhere else to get a item they lied and said was available. The employee at the window reassured all my food was in the bag,and unfortunately it was not. I was also charged for the items I did not receive. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Read more
I waited in a drive thru line for 20mins. Just to get a wad of hard fries stuck together with oil that I can't bring myself to... eat and a burger way colder than I'm comfortable with. I probably shouldn't have eaten the burger. It's not safe to have foodthat cold. I hope I don't get food poisoning. Read more
I didn't think one could have a bad experience at Wendy's, but i learned the hard way today. I wasn't sure how the staff could... get anything done because they literally move slower than any group of people I've seen. Well the answer is, they don't. It tooka long time just to place the order and there was only one couple ahead of us. The only reason we ordered when we did wasbecause the couple in front of us tired of waiting and left. We ordered 2 single meals. One burger was lukewarm, the other wasCOLD. It seemed like they assembled it but forget to heat it up. I contemplated taking it up to the counter to complain, butconsidering the way the clerk had rolled her eyes into the next dimension when i asked for a packet of salt, i didn't dare.Also considered asking for the manager to let him/ her know about these issues, but after reading some of the reviews, i knewthat was also a waste of time. The staff really seem disinterested in working at all. If they continue in this vein, they willlikely get their wish when they go out of business. Read more
I went to Wendy's kind of late last night. I only ordered a hamburger kids meal 3x's. What I got was a cold "cheese" burger, I... mean the cheese wasn't even melted, which made it easy to remove. The fries were dumped in the bag & I think there was supposeto be apples or something in the kids meal as well, but they weren't. The service was not great to say the least.
