Ordered a big meal for my crew. Over $80. Everybody was nice and waited a bit but ok large order. Got my food but didn't check... my bad. I paid $60 for 4 value meals all medim and an 2 extra 6 pieces. They shorted me on the # of nuggets in my 6 pieve and didnt... even give me the extra ones I ordered. Went back the next day to advise as i ca. Right nefore close and they told me i needed tocall when it happened..not after and wouldnt help me while i was there resolve the issue as i didnt get the reciept that nightand they wouldn't even try to look it up....i gave up and canceled.my.order and went to McDonald's across the street. Went there on Columbus Day around 5 pm (I know holiday so probably low staff). Bacon on my burger was raw and was missing... pickles and barely had anything but beef and bread. My son's burger was obviously old as it tasted like old beef (you know thetaste beef gets after a few days). The restrooms were horribly dirty especially the sinks which were spattered with somethingbrown and misc other substances (we tried both restrooms), one restroom was out of tp and something that looked like blood wasspattered on the wall under the changing table. The manager on duty only had one glove on and the drink machine was leaking allover the floor. If you want food poisoning by all means eat here. I'll never go back. Health dept needs to come in herequick. We were going to eat in the restaurant but quickly changed our minds. If we hadn't of already ordered we would havejust left. Read more
Went here to grab salads it was about 10 at night. Specifically told them no tomatoes due to an extreme allergy to raw tomatoes.... I get home take a bite of my salad and instantly regret it. Face begins to swell and lips. Get up to grab eppi pen by the timeI'm able to stand I'm barely breathing. Next thing I remember is I'm waking up in the hospital rushed there by my daughter. Icall the restaurant from the hospital and the manager says" oh the salads were already made and they just picked the tomatoesoff and said it's no tomatoes now" that isn't how it works dude the juice from the raw tomatoes is still on the salad. He didoffer for me to come there and get a new salad the next day. Are you serious so you can actually kill me this time I'll pass. Terribly slow, sat in the drive-thru for 30 min, due to the dining room being closed. The order wasn't correct after waiting... that long. What is sad is that I went to another Wendy's the night before, and they told me that they were only taking onlineorders, I had to go home, and order, and that wasn't correct as well. I tried to call corporate, and they were closed, said tocall during the week. Very annoying! Read more
Got told the drive thru was delayed due to staff shortages, which was fine. Went inside and waited around 10 minutes, then... waited another 20 to get my order, got no napkins and opened the bag, food was not presentable so trying to eat it was messy andnot consistent, very disappointed with service speed and food quality for the price. This store is now ran and operated under a Wendy?s Top 200 GM. And this reflects on the almost all new staff he?s brought in and... trained. The drive thru stays open, the food is usually pretty good and man is this new staff very nice, friendly andaccommodating! This Wendy?s has undergone a complete transformation Read more
We all know what to expect at Wendy's. It's not 5-star food, so the ratings are based on other Wendy's. The cashier had a very... thick accent, making communication difficult. Otherwise, the place was excellent. Read more
