Sign says Lobby is open to serve you. Employees wouldn't let me come in and order because the lobby is closed. I explained sign... said open and we were hauling a boat and could not get through the drive thru. The employee e closed the door. Read more
Fast and convenient for travelers and locals a like. Drive thru is nice for full sized trucks too, and nice to have a double... lane for busy times. Had their #9 Ch'king and it's amazing. Definitely enjoy good grub on the run. Also, they provided a trashcan outside to cleanup afterwards. A real perk for many travelers on the run that need a quick once over. Read more
Easily the respect towards there customers is ever lacking, 8:20PM Juan 10th I just gotten to the ordering screen no cars ahead... or behind, drive thru employee was very rude almost robotic when I placed my order. I was told to pull to the second window fora cold drink that?s all I ordered. As I pulled off you could hear the staff laughing I realized what had happened as heinstructed me to bypass the paying terminal hence the laughter. As I passed by the paying terminal there was a lady and a guy (my review is primarily about the guy that took the order ) you could hear him laughing as he seems to see me drive by as I passit I heard the first window open intentionally late and ofc I only followed the headed instruction. I then wait 2 min before Ieven get attended I could see the same guy again with both hands up on a wall almost stretching I assume back turned to thewindow, as the first window person came he asked if I had ordered something completely different. I explain that he was the onethat asked me to bypass the first window he then explains oh right your the ice coffee okay he then just hesitated and waits forme to say something and I just look at him like so you want me to pay here or go around? He explained oh right yeah uhm so yeahuhm I can take the card here I?ll go back, he then goes around as as he walks away i again hear laughter coming through the backat this point im just exhausted and hand off the coffee I ordered to my passenger the coffee was so full of ice I might as wellhad ordered a water very dissatisfied at the lack of training. And or care of the customer and would have loved to see a nametag on the employee. Went in there tonight March 30th 2022 at 8:45 p.m. ordered a crispy chicken sandwich asked if I could get it freshly cooked I... was willing to wait and pay the price they said they do not cook their food fresh for their customers. I said you mean you don'tcook fresh food for your customers the girls said no. I said I am going somewhere else I will not be back here! I'm sure whatshe meant was that I had to eat one of the sandwiches that was already sitting in the warming tray.
