The worst DQ. This burger had sauce all over the outside of the box and inside the bag.. my hand was covered when I pulled it... out..The burger was cold and cheese had been melted at some point so it was hot. It was probably yesterday's burger. It tookthem forever to get the order out they were doing more playing around and joking around with each other than working. last fewtimes it hasn't been edible.. so I'm done. Great service. I took my older brother Jacob here but he was too dense to understand the touch screen menus. An employee was... able to get his order after Jacob wrote it down with his favorite red crayon. Awesome milkshakes. Read more
Stoped here tonight at 9 was in the drive thru waiting in line was next to order I just wanted a ice-cream and a gal come out... and put the orange cone in front of my car. I asked what was up she said they close at nine. I know she was just doing as shewas told but I don't get why they couldint put the cone behind me since I was already waiting in line and let me order a dam icecream. Good thing McDonald's is next door and have there new chocolaty pretzel Mcflury it was delicious! Go McDonald's!! BooDQ!!! Read more
Not sure if it's just a sign of the times? I got a blizzard at this location and it was lean! It was SKINNY! I ordered the new... Carmel Fudge Cheesecake Blizzard. I found it to be rather disappointing. The taste was great. Same quality ingredients exceptway light on the bling! There were a few pieces of chocolate in it in the top 1/3 of the cup, the rest was ice cream. Nothingmuch in the way of cheese cake at all. I would also like to mention that I ordered a large, so it was like eating a plainvanilla blizzard with a light dusting of some goodness. Not normal DQ fare. DQ in Centralia and in Longview Kelso make em Juicy!Are you putting less goodness in them because of the economy/inflation? Service was good even though the server wouldn't turn itupside down. I'd personally like to welcome Dairy Queen to our Door Dash family. Our goals are similar, customer satisfaction and service are... top priorities. This was my first pick up for delivery with Dairy Queen and they deserve a shout out. The restaurant wasn'tcrowded, it looked great. Clean and orderly, staff was cheerful and working great together..and I picked up my order fordelivery in just minutes. Average service at best which is expected at most fast food restaurants. The food was pre cooked fries were luke warm and maybe... I am just use to the Dairy Queen in Vancouver Washington on MacArthur Blvd. Also the downtown location Where the food has beenconsistent and always cooked to order (fresh) the service top notch with the owners involved in a positive friendly way and notas it seems with nowadays new norm corporate model of quick and fast.
