I understand short staffing, but I have a hard time understanding continuously being short staffed. As someone who works as a... ASM at another food establishment I have a hard time leaving 1 star reviews because I understand how it gets. However, at thispoint I?ve been to this Jack in the Box multiple times over the last year and every single time it?s always a 10 plus minutewait in the drive thru (that?s on a good day). There?s clearly a management/ scheduling issue. This last time I went through Iwas there for over 15 minutes and it will definitely be my last time. I would give zero but they make you give one. Literally the grossest jack in the box around. Employees walk in from smoking and... go back to work. Use the bathroom and dry their hands on their body. Saw multiple people mess with their face/cough into handsand continued to work. The whole family is now sick to our stomachs. All employees should be made to take the food safety courseagain. My daughters were both treated horribly here by the extremely rude STORE manager while trying to pick up food they ordered... online. I do not recommend this store ever but that was the breaking point for finally writing a review. They are always rude,the food is cold, they've messed up my orders BOTH times I've been there. Now a full grown woman who manages a store thinks it'sokay to make teenage girls cry when they try to pick up food? Cool, bro. We will tell anyone who wants Jack in a Box to hit onein another town. Ordered our food. Took 20 minutes in the drive through. Had to go through the drive through again because they forgot to give... us our popcorn chicken big box and triple cheese fries even after asking if that was everything and they said yes. By the timeI got to open my food the tacos had 0 crunch. They were more like soggy floppy tortillas. The triple cheese bacon fries weresupposed to be spicy. No spice whatsoever. Normally don't write reviews but this is a common occurrence of "forgetting" togive us the entire order. The rest of the food was cold except the popcorn chicken and cheese fries. Ordered 46$ worth offood, 11$ worth was forgotten and the rest was cold. Not coming to the grand mound jack in the box ever again. Read more
Went to the drive thru and got fast friendly service! Got the new Munchie Madness Box and it was big, hot and delicious and this... sauce is life changing. The Creamy Avacodo Lime sauce is Amazing! I wanna put THAT sh!t on everything! More Please! Read more
Store was a little busy with a *FEW* orders so I wasn?t acknowledged for about 10 minutes. I ordered tacos expecting it to... pretty fast as they aren?t even really cooked. That took about another 10 min then the Tacos ? Come on Washington do better. Iwouldn?t have left a review but look at the taco would you ? Taco damn near glued to the bag. Wouldn?t suggest this location ifyou like your food warm or actually prepared for you to enjoy. Read more
Good lord. This place. Never going back there again. The kid at the window was nice. But the lady at the counter. Was pretty... nasty. Ordered a Sourdough Jack. And it wasn't toasted. And cold. My husband's burger the cheese never melted. It wasn't busy.1 car behind us. No one inside. Read more
I'd like to start off by saying that usually(every single time) when I go here their service/attitudes suck, they miss items,... slow, etc.. but today(820am wednesday) the lady working the drive thru window was absolutely amazing! She had great customerservice with a smile the whole time, she was quick and efficient and even doubke checked to see if she got my order correct. Shedefinitely deserves some recognition for this! On a side note this place says it's open but has been locking their doors atrandom times at night and putting a cone in front of drive thru I've noticed it's never at the same time but whenever they feellike it which is confusing especially when one day they're open at 6am and the next they aren't.
