Came in and there was 3 young girls working. No one said a word when I walked in, no one said a word to me except one said ?do... you have a pick up order? I said yes. Right down the street from Great Wolf Lodge!! We don't have Q's in Salem area anymore! Hannah and the crew gave our entire... family the "On Vacation" experience! They all seemed like they truly enjoyed working there, friendly service, pleasantattitudes all of them! I thoroughly enjoyed my first lobster subs in a long time!! Good service clean bathrooms however the prices are outrageous! $13.45 for a 12" sub and no combo, just the sub.
Great sandwiches and awesome service, police and kind! Also I left my purse in the bathroom and didn't realize for an hour on... our drive. I called, it was still there. We turned around. Our timing was such that they were closed, but the young gentlemanwho was closing waited for us to get there and get my purse! We live out of state or traveling. Very slow service, primarily due to one employee who seemed to be on his first day but nonetheless did not seem very focused on... what he was doing. They charged me $0.08 for a tiny, thin paper bag that almost immediately ripped under the weight of threesandwiches and dumped all of my food on the floor. I was by myself and on crutches, and no one offered to help me. I had to begfor a new bag, which also ripped by the time I got to my car. I totally thought all Quiznos we're extinct. Love the french dip the most.
As I walked in this location, I was happy because I haven't had Quiznos and a long time and very happy excited, proud and... grateful that the male worker here which I didn't get his name but he was a young gentleman and he was working his butt off,cleaning the tables the seats and everything that would commonly be in contact with the customers and he was very very nice andpatient. This place has a great customer service and is impeccably clean. If I'm ever in Centralia again I will definitely bestopping there again. Read more
Great sandwich maker, horrile cashier, took for ever . My sandwich was very mediocre, not what l am used to at Quiznos.
