Love B&N Bookstore in Rochester MI, but the quality of their Starbucks Cafe drinks were terrible. They have B&N employees making... the coffees. The first coffee was old, bottom of the pot, they gave me a 2nd coffee which wasn't much better. There are nobaristas making your coffee. The young man behind the counters eyes were covered by his bangs, you couldn't make eye contactwith him. Customer service was nill unfortunately. Read more

There was lots of books and stuff, there was a ball on the ground I kicked around for some reason. Loved seeing organized books... and tons of themes. Not many cameras nearby, great opportunity to steal too. Read more

Large selection of Manga and unique toys and models. Tend to have a lot of things you can't find at an other stores.

Came in here looking for the newest mad Treasure of trove. Was told that it was here at Barnes & Noble so decided to come here... with the wife. Unfortunately it was not here and they didn't have anything Mad Magazine related at all. The bathroom was veryclean the only downside was there was no toilet paper in most of the Stalls. Also they got rid of the comfortable chairs thatpeople used to read books at and they blamed it on Covid. Other than that the experience was moderate. I didn't like how theyrearranged the whole place and pretty much took out a whole shelf unit that used to have the humor. They moved it all the way inthe corner of the store you had to literally hunt for it. Probably won't go back here for a while. Read more

I love going to Barnes and Noble. I love browsing thru this bookstore. It is quite large and very friendly staff and helpful as... well. It even has a small coffee shop to have a coffee or a snack while you read. It has tables and chairs through out the storeto relax while you read a book. Be careful exiting as well as entering the store because it is on a very busy road. It isreasonable priced as well. Read more

This Barnes and Nobles is incredible. It?s huge with so many books and magazines as well as many many other items. I stopped... here after a recent event on the way home to get a cold drink. I was in awe when I saw the steps (as well as a handicap ramp)that led down to more books than I?ve seen in ages. They had more magazines than I?ve seen as well, with a good amount ofmagazines that I?d never seen elsewhere in the state. I found a magazine and went to the cafe to get a drink and checkout. Eventhe Starbucks Cafe was larger in size with more items than typical Barnes & Nobles I?ve seen here or in other states. There wasplenty of food, drinks and a line of books with small reviews or synapses (I didn?t read them, just was surprised at seeingthem). I got a grilled cheese and drink and ate at the beautiful dining area that was inside. I wasn?t planning on all of this, but it was just really nice to be able to relax. There were plenty of tables and a lot of handicap parking spaces by theentrance/ exit. The parking lot is big. A fantastic bookstore that you shouldn?t have a difficult time finding anything youenjoy at. Read more

I had some time to kill before a nearby event, so I popped into Barnes & Noble and was so happy I did. These full-size locations... are few and far between now, so it was nice to be able to wander around and look at books, music, movies, magazines, toys, collectibles, and gifts. There is also a nice sized area for sale and used books. I made a small purchase and received a couponfor cookies at the cafe, and they were delicious! I look forward to returning to this location the next time I'm in the area. Read more
