My son-in-law had an on-line coupon but the manager, Doug not only refused to honor it but was extremely rude with his response... and then just walked away. Our waitress was very nice and apologetic but we’ll never go back because of “Doug’s”unprofessional attitude! Well, I'll say make it make sense. Long story long, went to Buffalo wild wings for my grandson 13th birthday. The hostess was... great buuuuuut, the prices were ridiculous, don't get me wrong we understand things have gone up, true. But, when you can orderwings To Go at this establishment and they give you fries for free but when you dine in and your order comes up to $140 youorder two large fries and they look like a single serving, something's wrong with that picture. Why is it that the large friesare in the small portion family????? That's my gripe. We ordered 90 wing's plus pop, aka soda depending where your from ????two large order of fries again serving for one and add your tip. That's a good order. Yep!! ???? I have pictures. Oh, mygranddaughter arrived ordered fries she did not indicate any size larger or small what arrived looked the same as our serving,enough for one person. Hmmm???? I think they need to rethink the size of the fries, this is not my first go-around at Buffalowild wings we've ordered large fries before and they came on a large platter or tray depending where your from. ???? The family visited the Rochester Hills location for dinner the first time. As in many restaurants during the summer the AC was... turned lay down, so we froze in our shorts and short-sleeved t-shirts. Wings were good, extra sauce always appreciated. Fries were void of any seasoning which was disappointing. Service was friendly.... Little slow, but overall solid. For lunch time took longer than I expected. Read more
Came here with my friend to grab a quick bite to eat. We both online ordered and that process was easy. It was Buy one get one... traditional boneless wings. When we arrived the process was quick and easy. Our order was correct and they automatically doubledthe wings for us. When we arrive back home by wings were barley seasoned. I had to scrape the bottom of the box to get seasoningto actually get some flavor. The meat was also extremely dry. I normally like bww, but this is my first time at this locationand I won’t be back. Wings were ok, some very „dry“ and not tender however. Fries for $4,60 are a joke. You can count them on the plate with no... issue. Not even a value of $3 or less. All in all: Some years ago, dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings was much better and worth themoney. Not the case any more. Sorry. Read more
