Just finished eating here. Will not be back. Our order had numerous errors (wrong drinks and food) . Had to wait for drinks as... waitress informed us they has no clean ones. They were not busy but she kept claiming she had too many tables (she had 5 andtheir orders were incoreect as well. Waitress was rude when we asked for our correct order. Never came back to check on us forrefills. Underneath the booth was dirty napkins ect. Gave us more attitude when asking for the check. I am a very patient andunderstanding person but this was by far some of the worst service I've ever had. Do not recommend. Read more
If you are looking for a bad experience this is the place to go. I have been to many chili's and this one should permanently... close. I know they will blame everything on the lack of staff, in my opinion it is way beyond that at this location. If youorder a cocktail make sure it is a margarita or else they won't have the liquor or other items to make it. Don't look at thewalls because they are filthy with food splatter and stains from not cleaning. The only seating they have is in the bar area andthere is huge fly problem, fruit flies and others, constant swatting will be the game not the table top kiosk. The food is overcooked, the steak came out with a nasty blackened crust which means the grill is not being properly cleaned. The nacho's aresoggy which means they were over cooked or left in the window to long, the jalapeno's were limp (old/out of date), and no flavorand the plate of southwestern egg rolls looked like a 3 year old put it together. If you order/ask for anything extra (steaksauce, salsa, guacamole) be prepared not to get it or to wait for it until you're almost done with your meal. It feels and lookslike no one here is held responsible for anything. I have been to many Chili's recently because they are one of my favoriterestaurants to go to but this one should not be allowed to stay open. If the Health Department went in, it would be shut down.Completely disgusting. If I could give it negative stars I would. Read more
The service here was great and was definitely the highlight of the visit. We got very professional service from the server... working the bar area, and he was assisted by some other members of staff throughout our visit. The food was tasty and reallygood value, matching exactly what I would have expected at a Chili's. I would return to this location if we had the need to eatin this area again, as it seems we would benefit from similar service quality and tasty food yet again. Read more

Ate with my dad here, and the service was going well until after we finished our food. My dad asked for a coke refill and was... ignored, our server Hannah walked past our table 3 times and still never gave it. I asked for a box for our food to the managerand the server and was simply ignored and they served other customers without giving our box. Not to mention that the smokehousecombo by dad ordered didn't even come with the garlic bread it was supposed to. Never going here again. Read more
I will not be returning due to the quality of food & service. These are the honey chipotle chicken crispers, they used to be... covered in sauce, which I thought no big deal I?ll just ask for a side cup of sauce. The girl never showed back up with thesauce, the chicken tenders themselves seem to be different ones than what they used to have and my enchilada soup had no cheeseand was ice cold. This used to be my kid?s and I go to place to grab a quick bite to eat. Not anymore. The food quality has gone down since the... pandemic. Nothing taste the same. Their drinks are good, not top shelf, but still ok. They have really awesome servers. Read more
The atmosphere was really friendly Jake was my server and was very attentive and kind he gave that extra Razzmatazz warm... feeling. Matt was the bartender and the drinks were superb. Hats off to the manager see she was very pleasant and was handlingher business! I would recommend this restaurant to all my peoples! Well run establishment. Read more
