There way of making/swindling money is to say that that the online order is not working/system "down" and they will ask yoy to... call the Chipotle office for refunds and that in itself is a ordeal, most time they hang up/"call drop" Cheek for yourself thecleanliness of the outlet. First of all my chicken burrito bowl was looking sloppy and messy, but okay I said whatever. I take two bites from the bowl and... then I notice a FLY on a piece of lettuce. I did this as a online order and picked up for work lunch. What a inconvenience, Iwas left hungry and disgusted. I do not recommend getting food from this location. Done with this location. Realize the device industry is suffering so we were willing to give this location multiple chances. But... no more. Placed order online with ease. Show up and door says ?online order only? so I?m thinking perfect I?ll walk in and out.Nope. Doors locked at 11:45 on a Sunday. Employees in store won?t come to door. Other customers walk up, still won?t open thedoor. Tried calling and get stuck in a loop with automated calling. No luck. Got a refund thru the online chat bot and will notreturn to this location. About a month ago, I placed an online order from this location. The order was accepted, and I was charged for it. When I got to... the restaurant, the doors were locked. I was not able to get my food. Basically, they stole the price of the meal from me. Ireally like Chipotle food, so today I decided to give them another chance. I went online to place an order, and now it seemsthey only take orders through other websites that charge a fee. I'm done with this location. The older lady running the register is extremely rude. Apparently they 'cant' make quesadilla's anymore cause it 'breaks' the... machine. Well the kid made it for us anyway. We didn't know. The lady yelled and snapped at us that we weren't supposed to getthem. She then yelled at a different customer who was only asking for some ice. Can't believe how rude she is. Came in to this, they are VERY unprofessional. Stuff is not friendly, very dismissive. Rush to make your food and servicing food... from the bottom of the pan. So unsatisfied as a customer ???????? The place was unclean and trashed (floor and tables, trashover full) ????had to eat in the car. No condiments ????????
