Great Ice cream with loads of options and flavors. I haven't had Coldstone in at least 15 years. It was nice to have it again.... They do have really creamy ice cream that is somewhere between a soft serve and hard ice cream. The amount of combinations isgreat. It's like flurries or blizzards but taken to the extreme. I love that they had a non dairy chocolate ice cream. This isa winner for me. This one was pretty busy but still kept the line moving and made good stuff. Recommended. Read more

I ordered a small shake and the man working there made sure to put the small in a larger cup so that the whip cream and candy... peep on top would be able to fit with out having to reduce the amount of drink I got. They have great staffing and strong workethic. Read more
Perfect pit stop in summer for us. My kids and parents love the treats they can get from here. I also joined the rewards program... which is great for a perk. This store is the ONLY place I get my ice cream fix now. The owner Todd goes above and beyond for his customers, even during a... crisis like this. All of their flavors are amazing and consistent, when I order my favorite (Berry Berry Good) it tastes just asgood as the first time I had it. Part of Cold Stone's appeal is the experience. Today, my kids and I visited and had a horribly rude employee "help" us. Every... time my kids touched the glass, he got upset telling my 2, 4, and 6 yr old "actually, that glass costs over $3000... Plus it'scold and flu season..." And he kept going. My kids were looking at what ice cream they wanted, they weren't banging on theglass. I asked to sample 3 flavors. He was very annoyed by my small request. Then when I ordered my ice cream, he gave me WAYtoo much and barely mixed it. The Oreo is still whole. There was more topping (I had 3 mix-ins) than there was ice cream. Youknow it's a bad experience when ALL the kids say "I don't want to go back to that ice cream store." The ice cream that we hadwas good, which is the only reason I'm giving a generous 3 stars.
