I do not recommend going to this establishment or even giving them you money. My wife and I had our order taken and a number... given to us. They even charged my card but completely lost our order after waiting 30min. we gave up and left. We were not theonly customers to leave there was a group of 5 people who had received the concrete mixer but also were done waiting for theirfood after 45min. I understand that in today's day it is difficult to find good help but that is no excuse for poor management.The only way we the people can make change is by not going there. Recently, some friends and I visited this Culver?s (20 minutes before dine-in closed). Although we still had 20 minutes, the... workers wouldn?t let us order at the counter or dine in even though there were many customers inside. One of the ladies yelledat us and made us leave the building. It was very disrespectful. We all normally enjoy their food and the service of theemployees, but our experience this time was very unpleasant. Lines are usually long during meal times (i.e. lunch and dinner) but they do a good job of keeping the lines moving and getting... orders fulfilled. The quality of the food is good and prices are reasonable compared to other "higher end" burger spots likeFive Guys and Shake Shack. They also serve salads and fish and chips, along with a frozen custard ice cream in many flavors. Read more
I come here all the time. Sometimes the lines may be long, But they move fast. Nice and friendly staff. Fresh and great tasting... every time!!! Get the mushroom Swiss burger and cheese curds! You won't be disappointed. Read more

This was a good experience. It was very busy when we arrived but we were able to receive our food in about 5 to 8 minutes.... Everything was hot and the malts were cold. I would recommend the butter burger and chocolate malt. Read more
This is a 4.5? This is a multi post from two Wednesdays. Arrived the first Wednesday and had to wait for a few cars to order.... Very polite person at the speaker. Ordered the one patty burger and made it a basket. They said six dollars and some change. Iimmediately though ah man this burger is going to be small. Got to the window and they put a sticker on your mirror and tell youto either pull up or pull around and park. Wasn't expecting that but I guess they make orders to order. Pulled around and waitedfor about 10-15 minutes. It wasn't bad but I was on a lunch break so that was a drag. Anyways...got my order and was reallysurprised. It was really good and even the pop tasted good. Some places has very weak tasting pop...not here. The secondWednesday was today...same deal but just shorter wait time and I got the double burger...way better in my opinion. Definitely beback to this location, we'll done. Read more
