This store is kinda a$$. I've been here 6 times and 5 of them there have been big issues. The store manager doesn't even have... the level of professionalism needed to respond to my single customer complaint either. Save yourself a headache, go a few extramiles to Chubby Charlie's or the Howie's up Rochester a bit. Never been boned at either of those stores. I'd rate this 0 starsif I could as it is a terrible experience through and through with no effort to make it better across the two years I've triedthis store multiple times. Read more

Don?t bother, very bad service. They wait until almost they have to close to say they have no drivers and you can come pick up... your order.. don?t you think you would address this before you made the order? Horrible. After a long break from pizzas, I ended up ordering a veggie pizza here late night yesterday. Hailey, who was preparing my pizza... added olives by mistake. When I reached HH, she was very kind enough to admit that and started to make a new one from scratch.Since this took some additional time to deliver, she offered the pizza at a discount.
