Ordered a burrito bowl with guacamole through the app and it came with a big piece of avacado! I can?t understand how they... missed this! Charged me for my salsa to be on the side. I like to pour my own salsa on my bowl and had to pay extra for it. Just ridiculous.... Then I questioned it and they explained if I didn?t get a tiny bit then I have to be charged. What is the difference if it?s onthe side or on the bowl? Read more

Bought a drink because of the heat and it was one of the most easiest purchases I?ve ever made. Employee was able to get me in... and out within seconds. I have had their bowls too and everything always tastes so good when I go. Also, so clean and organized!These employees work so hard especially with it being so hot out, kudos to them. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and they were out of chicken so I was forced to pay more for steak. The girl forgot to put the... paper on the grille when grilling the quesadilla so it all stuck and fell apart and had to be remade not a big deal everyonemakes mistakes but No one told me it had to be remade I just watched them do it and when remaking it they did not check with mewhat was in it and they forgot some of the things I had originally ordered.
