Walked in to purchase $600 worth of gift cards for a work event. Just for reference.. you have to manually swipe every single... gift card to load them. Second they didn?t have any gift card envelopes. So the cashier improvised and put them in little cookiebags. Worked for me! Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. And extremely apologetic on how I had to swipe all the gift cardsand get rung up 3 different times due to the totals being so high on the purchases. Was extremely annoying however the cashierswere so nice it made everything so much easier to deal with. Thank you! Read more

Don't tell you they don't take subway coupons till your ready to pay. There subs aren't worth close to what it cost.

I've visited this Subway a few times and the experience is usually good. They have a divider up for Covid and social distancing... stickers on the ground. The food is usually fresh. The lady behind the counter when I go is usually the same and is reallynice. When I went today I took a coupon for the first-time. The usual lady was there and looked at the coupons in my hand butdidn't say anything. I was waiting in line behind (3) people and when there was (1) person left in front of me, I noticed thatthere was a sign saying they don't take coupons at all. It was small and on the casing for the fresh vegetables. There were nosigns anywhere else. I've had tons of coupon issues with Subway even though the coupons come in the mail directly from Subwaythemselves and we follow all the exclusion rules and expiration dates. Getting annoyed with them at this point. Seems as if alot of the stores just try to deny the coupons just because of laziness. I cannot say that that is what this is but it isfrustrating to say the least. There were no masks on any customer or workers unfortunately when I visited today 11/1/2021. Iwas not greeted either but the woman greeted both men in front of me like they were regulars. She also greeted a Doordash driverwho came in. Pretty much ignored me. Ordered through the app, Meatballs were frozen after supposedly being warned up twice. Requested different sandwich for... replacement, was denied and instead offered ham or turkey, due to chicken teriyaki being too expensive. Hopefully the dollar ofsavings is worth another bad review. Read more

I go out of my way to go to this Subway because of their employees! They are very funny and look like they love their job and... their customers. It is superior in all regards: quality of product, quality of service, cleanliness, professional attitude,set-up and handling of orders and customers. I love going here because I?m always greeted with a smile and I leave with mystomach full of happiness! Keep up the wonderful work!! ?? The lady during the evening is very nice and generous. They don't accept the footlong coupons on all sandwiches. Seems like the owner is a cheapa$$ judging by other reviews. If I'm... going to spend 8 or 9 dollars on a sandwich I'd go to dibellas or Jimmy johns. Read more
