The staff is very friendly. The place is nice. The food is just ok. It's not bad, but its not great. I really don't get all the... fuss around this joint. I went 2 times to make sure I was not having some bad lucky the 1st time. But no. The food is somethingyou can make at home. For the price you pay (very expensive) i would expect something like Rochester Brunch House, Recipes, thiskind of place. Definitely not worthy the fame or the money. Read more
Food was great. They need to not charge an automatic tip when it's only two people having a meal. I always tip at 20% but when... places force a tip I don't add to it. Please reconsider that. Otherwise fabulous place and amazing food. Read more
Great place for brunch! Mimosas and great variety of dishes, your traditional and some great dishes like their chilaquiles and... huevos rancheros. They have sweet dishes and breakfast cocktails so a bit for everyone! The service is great! Be patient, noreservations. They have text system so you can walk in the mall while you wait your turn. Mediocre food at high quality prices. I'm perplexed by the popularity of this joint, had many people reccomend it to us. The... pancakes were flat and gummy with all of them tasting nearly identical save for a bit of cinnamon or Oreo (although the Oreo isan anomaly of being both gummy and dry). The regular ones are actually the best, but not by much. The portions are large, Iwill absolutely give them credit for that. The BLTEG had a generous portion of bacon, albeit it overcooked and clearly reheated.The "triple triple triple" scramble was also large, but loaded with inedible bacon gristle. Eggs were cooked just right, butbland. The staff was wonderful, they certainly get a 5/5 so it's no fault of theirs. But the food is just middle of the road.Save yourself the money and go to a diner if you want diner food, or if you want to spend the same prices I can't ever seemyself picking this over a place like Rochester Brunch House. Great place to have brunch-style food. I like their Egg Benedict variations and Omelets the most. All their dishes generally are... decent sized and great in taste. They have a good range of beverages and toasts too. Read more
The service was great. Our server Ryley was friendly and personable. The food was okay. Nothing special but no complaints... either. The only complaint I have is the forced 18% gratuity. If this was for a large party it would be understandable but thiswas just 2 people. I tip based on service and in most cases always do at least 20% but I don't think that should be arequirement.
