My family and I went through the driveway today. The woman taking our order was extremely disrespectful and was yelling at us,... claiming that an item we wanted "wasn't on that coupon". We didn't even have a coupon! Just saying, ALWAYS check your bag beforedriving off. My brother did not get the item he wanted and neither of our fries were correct! We ordered curly fries, butinstead got crinkle. The only things that were correct in our order were the drinks and my nuggets. Read more
Ordered a coupon meal at 12:33pm today. Told them I needed a beef n cheddar, curly fries and orange soda no ice to drink. She... argued back that they don't have orange soda only Fanta Orange...ummm hello...same thing. When I got home (10 minutes away) Idid not have the correct food. I had crinkly fries (that had no salt on them) the drink was full of ice and very little soda andthe sandwich had very little cheddar sauce on it. The person who waited on me was dressed as a manager if this is howmanagement handles customers, I hate to think how employees would've handle things. Read more

The drive thru is takes painfully long, even when there aren?t many cars. I understand they are understaffed and are working as... quickly as possible. But orders are fresh and accurate. Read more
Order chicken bacon Swiss combo no tomatoes get home open my bag no fries and a sandwich full of tomatoes. I don't mind waiting... for my food as long as it is hot and correct. This meal was neither. Read more
I was the only person in the lobby and it took an inordinately long time for the sole worker who seemed to be aware of the walk... in counter. The worker did not acknowledge me while filling other orders, nor when he walked past me in the lobby as hedelivered two bags of food, not even when he came back in and walked past me again on his way back to the kitchen. He finallystopped behind the cash register at the counter and turned to the ladies who'd come in after me (but were closer to theregister) and mumbled, "Can I help you?" Read more
This place is one of our favorites for fast foods... Always very clean place, employees friendly and employees Appearance is... always clean ????. We had to come in and try the new Burger For a limited time. I had the Deluxe Burger. Taste similar to thebig Mac but way better. Grade A meat here! It's definitely worth a try they offer 2 selections. And I almost forgot their Macand cheese is amazing... Not the best but for fast food it's great!! Read more
