This place is amazing! Totally recommend if you?re in town, the food was great - and our server was the best! We started off... with cheese curds (I?m obsessed with cheese and our server Courtney recommended them) and fried cauliflower. Both were great -especially the cheese. We shared a Prime stack and the George chicken, and they were great. Can?t go wrong with the chicken atthis place, but the prime stack was so good too! Our server Courtney was so sweet and attentive, she gave some great foodrecommendations, she was super easy to talk to and made sure we had everything we need! She was so lovely! Read more

We stopped in last week and the first thing we noticed was a beautiful new menu. One of the best laid out menus I have ever... seen! Lots of entrees on there now including the Nantucket Fried Chicken, which in my opinion is the best around. Also whereelse in Rock Falls can you get the delicious and famous Chicken George! Went back to my favorite restaurant in Rock Falls and again had a great meal and great service. We enjoyed the Chicken George... which is our "go to". If you don't order Chicken George you must get some "to go"! Luckily our server was the same as our lastvisit. Courtney is the best! Pleasant to be around and tends to all your needs. We met there for a family birthday, we had a reservation and even though we were the first people there upon opening we had to... wait for our table. The parking was plentiful and very convenient. The restaurant for the most part is handicap accessiblehowever the restroom isnt as you have to navigate 2 doors to get into the restrooms. The tables are pretty close and the staffdoesn't wear masks, so Covid is a concern. The server we had was very nice however he definitely needs some training. Our orderswere all jumbled up so we had to wait for corrections inorder to eat. The cook also could use some training as both steaks wereserved very overdone. What appeared to be a manager came by and asked how things were and we brought it to his attention and hetoo agreed it was over cooked. They did take ½ off the steaks which was appreciated as only about ½ the steaks were notleather like. It is odd they now charge for the entrée then separate charges for everything like salad, soup and sides. Itappears the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. Read more

Visiting family in the area, this place came highly recommended. The chicken George was great, nice and juicy. The fried... mushrooms and fried pickles where top notch, the fries and onion rings where crisp and light. I highly recommend the candlelight inn if your in visit the area or live here, it's a must!! 1st time coming to this Restaurant. I thought both the menu, price and service were all good. Our Waitress Michelle was patient... and wonderful in taking our orders and making sure we were all satisfied and happy. Kudos Michelle.
