This place is a joke. Nobody does their job, bathroom was dirty, pop all over the counters and management that doesn't... understand what their responsibilities are as a manager. Whats the point of being open 24hrs a day if there is no doughnuts made or any breakfast made! Early birds will have to go to... work hungry i guess! What a joke. So Google won't let you leave another review. So I will edit this one. UPDATE: 03/24/22 Showedup at 8:20am I come in everyday and breakfast is a joke almost empty 2 workers in the kitchen that seem half asleep. Asconvenient as this place should be its definitely not. This happens almost daily. I guess I blame myself for going back in inhopes it would change. If you want to start your day I recommend going elsewhere. Easy money employees these days. Bought lottery tickets here and had some winners. Tried to bring them back in and I was told that the scanner was down. Tried... to cash them in a couple other places and I was told that the book of lottery tickets was not properly registered at the store. I was told to call the store and they would just have to activate the book and then it would work. I am from out of town so Icalled and tried to explain this to them. I was told that the only way to get them cashed was to bring them back to the storeand they will get them taken care of. I am not going to drive an hour and a half to get paid on these tickets. This Casey's has several issues, it seems like their pumps are always down or some other problems going on. I think it is... ridiculous that they completely shut the pumps down at a certain time at night so nobody can fill up. Several times I've been inthere and looking to get lunch and they are not prepared for the lunch hour and nothing will be ready or made. This place needsome serious improvement Read more
For our needs, this Casey's is fine. Most of what we need is a fast off/on from 84 and there are 2 exits that lead to this... location. Traveling on 84 between Aurora IL and Iowa, there is only the one 'oasis' in Dekalb, so this makes for an easy stop. Read more
No fresh pizza during lunch time soda fountain soda that is was flat just about out of every good flavor. Staff on slow motion... no motivation one cashier long line and was on a time schedule so I left and stopped elsewhere. Nothing is ever stocked, no food in warmers, everyone working stands around with a huge line of people. Workers are rude, if ... bathrooms are down for ?cleaning? when you walk in expect everything you touch to be bleached. You?re better off walking in thecooler and stocking it yourself. your staff should know their store number and use the mute button when passing the phone.customer service doesn?t involve ?this chick wants to know the store number, passed the phone off the lady gave me the numberthen questioned me about it.
