This location is always dirty and cluttered, often out of stock of basic ingredients, and the service is very slow. Recommend... going to a nearby location, such as Raceway Road in Monticello. Read more
Depends on who's working. Sometimes the service is great and relatively fast. Other times there could be one other car in front... of you and you sit for 10 minutes. Recently I ordered a coffee with almond milk The person placed the order with cream andalmond milk. And the person made the drink with both. You would think one of them would have noticed no one would want cream andon a milk in a coffee. I was already late for work and couldn't wait for it to get redone. Read more
This is literally the worst dunkin in Sullivan county. Their store is dirty and their employees are rude and unprofessional.... They can?t make a latte to save their lives let alone a simple black coffee. Bella with the dark hair and dark crossed eyes andher friend the pasty, faux blonde tristyn white have literally posted snapchats and videos of them spitting in customers drinks.Disgusting. Hands-down the worst Dunkin in Sullivan County. Doesn't matter if you're in a line wrapped around the building (which is common... here) or the only customer, be prepared to wait anywhere from 10-30 minutes for a simple cup of coffee. There are a ton of DD inthis county, and you could go to one 20 minutes further away and still get your order and be back at home/work faster than ifyou went here. To-Go orders are somehow even worse, with the staff more or less acting like they don't exist. Most of the staffhere are blatantly unconcerned with customers. On one occassion I had a worker ask me, after 15 minutes of waiting for 2 icedcoffees and being one of only two customers in the building, if I "needed my order right away" with a confused look on his face.And then even when you DO finally get your order, half the time something is wrong with it. Today was the last straw, as I bitinto the cold sandwich I waited 40 min for, and realized it had a square slip of paper in it, the kind used to separate cheeseslices. Stay far away from this dump. Never come here again. Bought a large hot chocolate. As seen in 1st picture, only the size of medium was put in and after the... whipped cream 2nd pic (there is a charge for whipped cream, never seen it before!!!??) all dissolved. It's even less than amedium size. This is not the worst. The way they wrapped the sandwich is very unprofessional. You would think it's commonsense to close the wrap tightly so that when customer take it out from the bag it won't drop on the ground. No, I took thesandwich out and it fell right through the wrapper and fell onto my passenger seat. So I just wasted $5.00. And I also noticethere are flies inside the shop. Read more
Couldn't get anyone to take my order. I stood in the place for almost 10 minutes, employees saw me, I waved over to them, nobody... would come take my order. One of the weirdest experiences I've ever had. Ended up driving down the highway a little and gettingcoffee in Monticello. I recommend not wasting time here and just going to another location.
