This location was fairly good compared to other's. Seemed as if they were under staffed during my visit. However, service was... great! My meal was delicious. The bartender was helping in areas they normally do not. Appeared they were all helping each otherout. That being said, be patient and respectful when you visit. Most all businesses in our Country are short staffed. Read more
Awful experience. We got seated, waited 20 minutes to be greeted and then once we were greeted the server took drink orders and... never returned. Had to ask a manager for drinks. Keep in mind this location was not busy. Maybe 6 tables in the wholerestaurant. The place is dirty, ceiling is leaking water onto he floor in several places. Ended up walking out. Came here a couple weeks ago for a craving for the Applebee's special involving purchase of burger and free boneless wings. I... kept hearing in the commercials and just had to go and get it. The food and the service was great! Definitely was what Ineeded! Read more
Nasty and trifling food service. I ordered on postmates and THIS IS WHAT I got? Ya'll couldn't even package it correctly? It was... cold and spilled and dirty. PLEASE avoid this location, I have a friend who worked there a while back at this EXACT location andshe just told me they have a SERIOUS roach problem. Nope done with Applebees FOREVER....THEY MARSHAL MATHERED our $68 ordered. Pictures below! Honey mustard was supposed to be... cheese, three finger prints in the mashed potatoes, and spit in the Alfredo! I highly suggest staying far away from thisrestaurant!! Read more
They seem to be severely understaffed but our server was friendly. Food took a bit to come out, but was fresh and tasty.
Our server Omari was great, no complaints there. Quality of our meals was terrible. Food was inconsistent, cold and under... cooked. We sent the fish and chips back becauae it was undercooked and they still tried to charge us for it. Tried speaking withthe manager and he blew my husband off telling the waiter to just remove the meal. When he did come to the table, the managerseemed uninterested in our opinions and did nothing to rectify our poor experience. Unfortunately we will NOT be returning. Thequality at this location has been on a down fall and continues to disappoint. Read more
