Drive thru. Chicken Tenders Combo with unsweetened tea. I asked 3 times "is it unsweetened? " three times reply was yes.... Guess what. It was sweet tea and I only found out 3 miles down the road. Good thing I'm not diabetic as it could have doneserious harm. And these people want 22 dollars an hour. They are not worth 5 an hour. I'll never go here again. Read more

This has to be the worst service i have ever had. First they had hardly any food or drinks. The lady slammed the door in my face... and was cussing up a storm and bragging how they were closing at 11:45. Clearly the operating hours are till 12am. Not tomention when she went to hand me my food after i done placed my order and had to wait 10 minutes she comes to the window andsays we were out of beef so i refunded your two sandwiches. Didn't ask if we wanted something different or anything! Thislocation has lost my service and i will not be back. They falsely advertise the 2-5pm $1 happy hour deal. Have been overcharged past two visits; even asking them if it was the right... price the 2nd time. Please remove the ads on the building or charge everyone the same price. Not returning to this location. Read more
2022 Update: Waited several minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. If I hadn't ordered online, I would have left. No... one ever attempted to assist me, I had to shout out that I was picking up my order before a woman brought it to the counter. I had the late night need to eat snack attack and I drive to this Arby's ... The workforce was great, very energetic being close... to closing time. The food was made to order, didn't mind the extra wait time. Very good on order accuracy and the market freshlemonade was as advertised, in my opinion very good for being a fast food place of being the same. Very positive experience. Read more
By far the worst Arby?s I have ever been to. Accused of lying about someone saying go ahead with your order when both my mom and... me heard it. Get to the window and they say they can?t take any order from the drive through and that we will have to come in.They could have easily went over to the front register and rang in the one combo we were ordering since there was literally only3 customers between the drive through and inside. Will never come back to this Arby?s. My mom says it?s this bad every time butit?s what my dad wanted so she got it for him. Read more
