I ordered on the app and opted for curbside pickup. When I arrived, there was no designated parking for curb side so I just... parked near the door. I waited for 10 minutes then decided to go in to get my food. Both doors were locked. When I went throughthe drive thru, they told me to park in a parking spot and wait. I asked how long it would be because I'd already been waitingaround like 15-20 minutes at this point. They said it wouldn't be long. I waited another 5 minutes before just leaving. Bad customer service. The chicken doesn?t taste like any of the other Bo?jangles chicken. Just not good. Sad, because I live in... this area and would have otherwise loved to eat here more often. Wont be spending my money here in the future. Read more

This restaurant on 2nd shift doesn't even deserve 1 star i only gave that just so I can post what I have to say. This staff is... horrible on the night shift the girls are rude and the chicken is old and biscuits are dry and hard. During the middle of all the inflation going on I decided to pay for the 5pc Supremes meal Bosized thinking I would get that.... Instead this location gave me 5 little nuggets and a regular sized fry. It's not right to charge these prices and not followthrough on the quality. The remodel was the worst thing that's happened. Normally the drive through takes forever at Bojangles, but to my surprise I was in and out pretty quick. And other than the one... time I got a chicken biscuit with cold pimento cheese, I usually have no problem with this location. However, I went therearound noon today and came home with an extremely RAW and UNDERCOOKED piece of chicken. It's so raw it was hard to even tear inhalf. Idk if you can tell by the picture, but it taste and feels like plastic. Oof. Read more
Manager at the bojangles is disorganized and rude. Caught an attitude with me after waiting 20 mins for a DoorDash order that... was suppposed to be picked up at 10:36. I didn?t get the order until 10:58. Don?t blame others for you not being able to runyour store efficiently. Read more
