This Bojangles has a horrible staff and is understaffed so bad that the can't even run the dinning room the manager claims. Been... here twice and both times we got horrible service and not our complete order. Read more

The last three times I went to Bojangles kind of smooth in and out fairly quickly but oops they done it again ordered a... Chick-fil-A biscuit and a large bow round and a sweet tea get down the road about 10 miles and said oh oh no Chick-fil-Asandwich..... $10.34 for a large bow round and a tea.. Read more

Me and my family came from Pittsburgh visiting family just got off the highway we been wanting Bojangles since we left... Pittsburgh, we were vere disappointed when we pulled up the employees was acting a fool. I was very surprised that they didn'teven cared we was leaving. It was sad we left and went to the other one. Bojangles is very hit or miss. Each restaurant is either really good, or really bad. This one used to be really good. I had... never had a single problem. Today was a horrible experience there. I ordered an item, and was told it would be a wait, beforeoverhearing someone tell the person who took my order that they weren?t gonna make any more. Disappointing, but I get it. I gotsomething else. My fries were overcooked. They?d either sat under the heatlamp beyond their time limit, or been fried too long.Hollow on the inside, and shattering like glass on the outside. Absolutely rude woman at the drive thru window. She handed me my order, never telling me it wasn?t complete, so I drove away... and immediately realized it was missing something, so I went back through the drive thru and she was rude, saying something like?you didn?t wait!? before I could even say anything. Well another woman who I think was the manager must have over heard her andcame to the window. She was so nice and seemed apologetic. People like the first woman shouldn?t be working with customers untilthey know how to treat people. Read more

There were only three cars ahead of me in the drive-thru. When I got up to order, the person taking the order was mumbling... incoherently, and didn't understand a simple order request. As someone who works in fast food, with many years experience indrive thru windows, it was unacceptable. Not to mention the 3 employees I saw on their phones not doing anything....and peoplewonder why the drive thru line went so slow. Took about 20-25 minutes total. Read more
