Worst BK I've ever been to. Staff was rude, and acted like it was my fault it took 15 minutes to make me a sandwich that was... sloppy and definitely had meat that was timed out. This particular Burger King located on Cherry Rd in Rock Hill, SC has some great service, at least the breakfast crew. They... always pay special attention to make sure orders are accurate and are consistent. I really appreciate that, and I think thatnowadays it?s rare. Read more
Unbelievable! If you have never witnessed a train wreck coinciding with a dumpster fire, this is your opportunity. Working on... a project in Rock Hill, I've been to this BK twice with visits being three weeks apart. The first occasion, I asked for the 2for $6 burgers, BK King, prominently displayed in the window advertisements. The cashier was completely clueless regarding myrequest as if I had ordered some exotic meal. I explained it was the small burger with two patties, clearly pictured on thesign. She indicated it only had a single patty and engaged the back staff for confirmation. After several minutes of debate,there was agreement that the advertised burger had two patties. Although it may seem gross exaggeration, eighteen minutes laterI was presented my meal although I was the only person waiting! My second visit, three weeks later, I entered the drive thru,observing four cars in front of me. I waited approximately 10 minutes, noticing that no cars were advancing. Fortunately I waslast in line and able to back out and go inside, thus the dumpster fire. Although there were three people behind the counter andI could observe an additional three in the cooking area, there was complete chaos. There was constant verbal exchange betweenfront and back regarding orders. I clearly heard mention of having to remake orders due to mistakes. All the orders, viewableon the monitor were flashing red due to long waits and unbelievably I heard "they have been waiting 30 minutes", regarding adrive thru customer. Someone indicated that the window person should express extreme apology for the long wait, followed by "Askthe next customer what they ordered because we don't know". Considering this was the next car in line behind the customerneeding an apology, blocked by two cars behind thus unable to flee. the wait was longer than expected for just one car ahead through drive through. first time ordering from here in the area, once... i gotten to eat, the food was not too great. the tea was just the same and the fries were not golden seemed under cooked. for alarge order they don't really give that many fries. the cap to the drink was not right at all like it was the wrong cut and sopicking up the drink it would leak out the sides and it was loosely on.. haven't really been a fan of burgers king recently thisput the last nail in the coffin for me. when i got back to work, told the people at work and they even mentioned, "oh yeah thisburger king here is not great at all" not a very good thing to hear from the locals.. big disappointment for sure.. so sad.never will visit any burger king again. i wasn't even given a receipt so i had to leave this publicly.. sorry but if you arereading this, you have been warned. We got a whopper meal, an original chicken sandwich and a double bacon cheeseburger with no pickles. Everything was so good. The... chicken wasn't dry, the onion rings were fresh, the double bacon cheeseburger came without pickles as asked. If you aren'tunderstanding about places being understaffed, go home and make your own food! Who ever was working tonight before 6pm needs araise. Best BK I've had in years! Read more
Oh my God what establishment when you talk about have it your way on September 11th I was returning from the DMV in fort Mill... and I had just almost lost my eye because someone cut me off coming down highway 21 on a very fast expensive trek mountain bikea woman cut me off and a bus driver from cats stole my identification and the reason for me being in the fort Mill area andreturning to Charlotte that crew was September 11th veterans Day when I found out the motor vehicle was closed needs to have allraise for being there for someone who need it somewhere to calm him down thank you so much Burger King for being an emergencyroom for me for me to gather my thoughts my coordination to get me back to ballantyne after I almost lost my eye God bless youBurger King Read more
