Decided to stop by Chilis for dinner. We were quickly seated and waited on, and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Enjoyed... the complimentary chips and salsa. For my entrée I tried the cilantro-lime carne asada. Good portion and good flavors, but thesteak was overdone and tough to the bite, despite asking for medium rare, so this affected the overall quality of the meal.Despite this, I still had a great time. We dined in family table of 5. The wait for seating and ordering wasn't long but once we received our food we had to chase after... our waitress regarding any issues, refills, and even the check. We had issues with 3 of the 5 plates we ordered which includedcold food, undercooked meat, stale croutons, and some of the vegetables placed in the salads should have probably been thrownaway. Had our waitress taken the time to check in on us we could have informed her and given her the chance to fix it. Weliterally were placed in a corner given our food and drinks and pretty much forgotten about. Our family have been coming toChili's for many years since it opened in Rock Hill and never experienced such sad service. On top of it all as we were tryingto get someone's attention, just so we could get our check, there was a lady scolding 2 younger ladies at the hostess stationdirectly in front of the entrance and within earshot of diners. With this kind of low end service you'll definately continue tolose business. We will not be back. Read more
Went with my daughter for lunch, I ordered the chef salad with grilled chicken, she ordered Buffalo chicken ranch salad. My... salad came out 20 minutes before hers and they brought me a side salad with chicken added instead of the chef salad. After waiting close to an hour for our food and having to send about half of the tables food back, we decided we probably won't... be back. The only good part about this experience was our waitress Miya (probably didn't spell that right). She was veryapologetic about the situation even though she had no control over it and the things she did have control over, she did verywell. She kept a positive attitude even though she was being severely overworked. If you do go there after reading this, I wouldrequest to sit in her section if she's available. Read more
Food was excellent and great service even being short staffed. The staff worked as a unified team, covering each others table... to show true team work and kept a smile....so very pleased and I swear they brought my granddaughter the largest chocolate lavacake with ice cream whipped cream and a cherry on top...wow factor. Thank you to Chili's staff for making this another memoryto go down in our memory book!!! Read more
Food is almost ALWAYS on point, but this go around my loaded potatoes were brown???? and my son Habanero Tenders didn't have... much sauce on them so they just tasted like plain wings...But the rest of the meal was great so I didn't call and make acomplaint and plus the young man doing curbside was awesome!!???? ***UPDATE**** Went tonight to get dinner and my mini biteburgers were raw in the center!! Chicken wings were pale, looked uncooked...I visit several times out the week and month...Iwon't be returning anytime soon, and they left my strawberry sauce out for my cheesecake ???? Read more
Food was fine... they're also suffering from staff shortages. So the experience could have been better.
Staff were utterly rude and disgusting to someone simply visiting in the area walking in smiling to get there food (looking at... me like I don?t belong in the restaurant, looking me up and down as well with no hellos or welcomes). Once retrieving food andchecking, a few items were missing, a few ingredients for the dishes were missing, no silverware or napkins. I couldn?t even askfor anything bc I was walked away from so fast and disheartened from doing so.
