We go to Denny?s every weekend but this weekend was absolutely terrible. We have had the same server for awhile now and to our... surprise Katie no longer works here. My kids loved her and made us feel welcomed and she always gave prompt service. Someservers don?t like waiting on people with kids. We waited over 40 minutes for cold food and our server did not ring in all ofour food. We told her to not worry about it we would just take our check. The host at the front who has to be new was rude andhad a attitude. We will not return Denny?s disappointed us today. Read more
I liked this Denny's in Rock Hill. It was the first time we ever went there. I wish I saw the name tag of our waitress. Because,... she was awesome. She was a bit flustered because the computers were not working correctly and it took her a minute to come toour table to take the order. We didn't mind since we don't have kids and we have no life. We were hungry though. She came veryapologetic. I actually think she was running the front of the house by herself. I never saw any other employees on the floor. Idon't have pics of our plates. Dont waste your time going here. They are short staffed. There is only one young lady greeting people and seating them, taking... their order, serving them AND collecting payment at the register before they leave. The true essence of a one woman show. Iordered the sizzling skillet, I have a picture attached, looks nothing like it. Chicken was bland. My boyfriend ordered amedium steak..it came well done. If you want lunch/dinner, go to McDonalds. Breakfast? Go to Waffle House because this storeshould be closed. Read more

After waiting 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us standing there, my husband had to walk around and find someone to seat... us. The place had about 8 customers in it. Took another 10 minutes to take our order. It seemed like there was only 1waitress in the place. The tables where people were prior to us being seated still had their dirty dishes on it. The waitresswould just walk by it and not clean it. And they must not have had anyone bussing tables. I can say the food was good! Read more

The 5 stars are for Susan-she?s great. Denny?s food is 4-star at best, and my burger and fries were actually pretty good. Didn?t... take long at all, although they are short staffed, so at busier times, the wait may be longer than expected. Read more
It?s hit or miss with Dennys. I came at a good time right before the dinner rush. Ordered the sirloin steak and it was... delicious. I wish the Dennys/Flying J in Columbia was half as good as this one. Will be back again soon. Read more
