honestly have never had a problem with dominos. always really nice delivery drivers and great food.
The pickup time has gotten way better the employees are nice. The only reason I typically come to the store to begin with is... because they always get my order wrong when I use delivery. I typically prepay but it requires me waiting over an hour or moreand when you call the store no one answers for delivery. I still waited a while before my order was done but much better thanlast time. So I changed my 1 star to a 3. Read more

I was planning a community event and chose this Domino?s due to its proximity to the event location. I spoke with them about 5... weeks prior. They said it was too early to put the order on the computer system, but would make note of it bc a large number ofpizzas would be needed. I spoke with them 2 weeks out, 1 week out, 2 days before and the day-of. They were supposed to loan me3 warning bags, but the delivery driver knew nothing about that - and the 20 pizzas arrived late!!! I tried to order 20 more,but they could only get me 10 and we had to pick them up. Disappointed. Read more
Excellent customer service, and great food. I went to the wrong domino's by mistake to pick up my order. I was expecting to have... to eat cold pasta as a result. But they made my order fresh, they turned it around in extremely fast time, and handled it allwith a great attitude. It seems like there's some really good people working there. Normally we have no issues with them and the staff is very nice, but on yesterday we received pizza that looked as if it been... dropped or thrown in the box, not sure what happened but I wasn't pleased. I did contact a manager who was very respectful andsent another pizza, however the 2nd delivery was very RUDE, he tried to charge me again for a pizza and stated he "doesn't knowme" and the balance was not paid in the system and he will call his manager. He went to his car and sat there and I was on thephone the with manager and this guy tried to pull off(almost hitting me and placed my pizza on the ground and yelled at me whiledoing so...once I went in person to speak with the manager he said I assaulted him. He needs to be fired. How could work withthe public and carry on like that? He might not be so lucky with me or anyone else next time! Read more
I live in a apartment complex. Phone said the delivery driver was here and I looked out the window and saw him talking and... giving the food to two individuals. Phone said my order was complete and he didn't even come to my apartment I listed. Calledthe store and was hung up on one time and recalled finally got to speak with the manager in which she said she couldn't doanything about this. No refund nor remake.
