would give less if i could. Ordered online and it said it would take 25 minutes to arrive. An hour later it hadn?t even been... baked yet. Called to see what was going on with my order they said it was still going to be another 30 minutes to an hour. Iasked them to cancel it and was immediately hung up on. I just ordered a Philly cheese steak, and a Supreme pizza from store number 5630 Herlong village in Rock Hill SC. Order my food 40 minutes later they call to tell me they don't deliver to this area after dark!!!!! Why wait 40 minutes to call... and tell me that but why can't you do your job and deliver its only night time??????? Read more

Ordered today at 3:58pm. My order hadn?t even been made in the store as of 5:08pm. Apparently the store only had 1 delivery... driver. I ended up canceling the delivery, and I went to pick up after almost 2 hours of waiting. I get there, and there is atminimum 8 working employees inside. They need more drivers. Not so many inside. Would have only gave 1 star but the delivery guy was nice. Was supposed to come with 2 liter drink. Gave me a 20 Oz instead at... the same price. Pizza was supposed to have extra sauce but doesn't. And way over cooked. Pizza flavored cruton for dinnertonight I guess. Shop elsewhere. Read more
I'm sorry to have to do this, but 8/10 times that I carefully specify no garlic on the crust, I get garlic. Simple as that. I... wanted to get a picture this time to make management aware that I am not making this up. They are usually gracious and give acredit when this happens; there are times when I have to pay to have it redelivered. Though one time, I asked for the pizza tobe remade and sent back out and not one but two times in a row the same thing happened. I ended up with three pizzas that night.I am glad that no one here has allergies. Domino's, I love y'all, but please be more mindful of my wishes. Thanks Read more
If I had awful service from this place every time, this time my food came completely raw, was thrown at my door, and they won't... even call me back about this issue. *Edit- one week after sending the person below all of the requested information I gave stillnot heard anything **Double edit: after I would obviously never order from this place again they randomly pounded on my door atalmost 1am and left what was hopefully garbage on my mat.
