Nathan the store manager will for sure run this store into the ground. He has no empathy. I brought back a whole pizza that I... wasn?t satisfied with. I didn?t ask for a refund just a remake. Nathan offered to send the pizza to the SC health department anda 20% off coupon for next time. Now I?m out of a pizza and money. I will never go back here! Read more
They were awesome accepted a coupon that wasnt even from their store then made me the best pizza ive ever eaten!!
I have not had Dominos since the 80's, it's never really been my type of pizza. I like NY style pizza from mom and pop... pizzerias. For some reason my family decided to get Dominos one evening a few months ago from the Celanese, Rock Hill SClocation and we were pleasantly suprised. It was hot, soft , delicious and the guy who handed us our items from the window wasso nice and even said "drive safely". For some reason that made me smile. We've been there a few times since and have alwaysbeen happy. Last night we went again and it said that " Nathan" would be doing our order. Well, Nathan made our foodperfectly! My family all agreed it was the best yet. I'm glad I never read the reviews prior because I wouldn't have went andmissed out. We will be back, and hope Nathan makes our pies and cheesy bread! Successfully placed an order in the app (admittedly pretty late but still it went through) and then almost immediately got a... call from an employee saying they were unable to complete the order due to driver staffing issues and a backlog of orders. Icompletely understand this, and while it?s disappointing I get it because I ordered late. However, it?s frustrating that I won?tbe refunded the money for my canceled order for ?2-5 business days? which could be well into the middle of next week. Theremust be a way for store management to turn off app/mobile orders on busy nights so that customers don?t end up with moneysitting in limbo waiting to be refunded. Read more
Very disappointed in this location, we submitted an order for 12 pizzas at 10:45pm when the location doesn?t close till... midnight. We were told ?no? that they wouldn?t make it for us, basically on a weekend night. Looks like this business doesn?twant money. We were providing this for an overnight working crew. The new Young black manager on Celanese road is very rude to the customers really quite hateful !!! I have always loved... Domino's Pizza but the last several times I got it since he has taken the store over my whole family gets sick off of the pizzaI don't know maybe they're not washing their hands or not keeping things sanitized !!! They were the best Domino's but now theyare the worst everybody is talking about them all over town !!! We need help can y'all please get him out of there !!!! We've been to this place multiple times and we've always ordered the sandwiches and desserts which have been good, but tonight... we ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza with spinach feta cheese bread. The app failed to say that the cheese bread has garlic, whichmy partner has a mild allergy to. The pizza looks like they haphazardly poured sauce over the top and called it good. It alsojust didn't taste right. None of the food is cut properly. Only giving 3 stars because this is the first time we've beendisappointed by them. Read more
