Waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes before I finally left. To bad I did a mobile order and won't receive a refund. ... By the way this was on. For starters, you could only go through the drive thru or order on the app. There were only 2 vehicles in front of me at the... speaker to order. I sat in line for OVER 40 minutes!! My order was also wrong!! Usually don't have issues here. Went back to get a refund on my iced latte because it was missing cinnamon. She said they didn't... want to give a refund but they'd remake my drink. I really just wanted a refund because I figured if they made it in a way Ididn't like it the first time, they'd probably do it again... and I was right. She remade it but it was completely doused incinnamon this time. I just left with it because I figured it wasn't worth my time. If I got the same drink from the new Dunkinon Cherry Road and held it next to the one they gave me, it'd look completely different. The new Dunkin Donuts on Cherry Road isthe one everyone should be going to; they are top notch. This location however... I was very polite and explained that otherDunkin's made it differently and wanted a refund. I'm not sure what was so hard about that. There was no need for the passiveaggressiveness I received. The photos I attached... that is the amount of cinnamon she put in there. The cup was full, she didnot only fill it half way. I tried to drink some since I paid for it but ended up stopping, so that's why it's halfway full. Butthe amount of cinnamon is all on the employee I spoke to today. I have never had a coffee taste so bad. I never return things or ask for my money back but it was that bad. We ordered 3 Carmel... iced lattes and all 3 tasted like dirty water in cup with carmel. We go to this location a lot and I?ve never had such poorcoffee. Undrinkable. Read more
Was offered to try a new drink called white mocha latte or something, when I received it, i noticed the cup was not hot at all....
