New owners have not changed anything. Number 5 or 6 in drive thru and it still takes more than 30 minutes to get your order

Just drove through, ordered a medium caramel craze signature latte, that's what the sticker on my cup shows also, but upon... taking a sip definitely not caramel...they gave me pumpkin! Not everyone wants pumpkin this time of year! Read more

We always have problems here. From the food being served with TRANSPARENT SOGGY BACON, to the coffee so inconsistent. I wish... they would open up under new management. Workers here always complain about being cut hours, workers here are fearful when themanager is nearby, there is just so much room for improvement. Read more

I used to frequent this dunkin 3-4 times a week and got to know many of the employees.. but it has gone severely down hill in... the last several months. The drinks are never made right and very inconsistent. The staff turnover rate is insane. Ive sat inthe drive through for 25 minutes for a coffee... this is now typically how long it takes -completely unacceptable. This morningthere was NO ONE in the drive through so I thought it would be a quick run. NOPE! it took almost 10 minutes and I was the onlyperson there. When I got to the window 5 of the staff were standing around- no one ever came to the drive-through window toacknowledge me, and I watched them sit my drinks on the little mat beside the computer and I had to FLAG THEM DOWN THROUGH THEWINDOW to get my drinks. I am done. I will happily go to cherry road or wait until I get into Charlotte closer to work. Read more

Coffee is always half full for what you are paying for. I got a latte with a dirty lid and cup. It seemed like it fell on the... floor; they picked it up and still used it. First time I went back to complain. I am not the type to do so, but its beenback-to-back now. Cleanliness in this place is a concern. One of the employees was preparing food after she used her phone.Didn't wash her hands nor changed her gloves. Come on guys, these are things that should be common sense when it comes to safetyand sanitation. Not coming here again. Read more

I love Dunkin. Unfortunately when I came to this location and ordered my iced caramel oat milk latte, it tasted like the... espresso machine hasn?t been cleaned in awhile. I know this because I used to be a barista back in college and know the taste ofwhen a machine hasn?t been cleaned in awhile. Very disappointing since it cost nearly $6 for this drink. The staff were veryfriendly which is why I am not giving this a one star rating. Read more

I love the nutty coconut ice cream on waffle cone and they are always friendly. My 3 stars is because sometimes you call and no... one picks up the phone, and I mean multiple calls. It also says they close at 9pm and sometimes I go there after 8 (before 8:45)and they are closed. Sometimes they close the lobby saying they are short staff but yet the drive through is empty. They need tobe a little bit more consistent with their management. Read more
