I haven't been to jack in the box in years so I was excited when my husband found this one we went through the drive through.... The person that took our order was rude and kept rushing us through. The French fries had no taste. Burgers we ordered were overcooked so much we could have used them as weapons. I did like the sweet tea I ordered and the bread on the buttery jack. Wouldhave been nice to have a good patty with it though. Needless to say we will not return. Read more
Jack in the box! I was so disappointed. The shell of the tacos were changed into some type of cookie crust. That made it... difficult to chew the ingredients were the same but without the s h e l l being the same as it was for I don't know probably 40years and then brought to an abrupt change I will never go back there again whoever decided to change the shell just ruined thewhole taco and the taste of the shell was not good either. This was my first dining at Jack in The box for over 30 years becausenone existed in my area but way back then Jack in the box was number one on my list especially for the taco. And to top it alloff Jack in the box first began with a gigantic Jack in the box on a long Pole high in the air representing a Jack in The boxtoy that made Jack in the box a symbol even that was taken away another mistake anyway I will never return to Jack in The box. If I could give no stars I would. I have come one night a week every week for over 5 months. They use to have a sign on the... drive through saying we aren?t taking orders. And I?ve been sitting In the line now for over 15 minutes at the drive through andthey have yet to speak or offer to take my order. If you are paying a night sift you shouldn?t be because go check receipts.They don?t even answer the drive through how can you stay open if you aren?t servicing customers?? Read more
The food is good this place is just a little slow. Hasn't stopped me from going to get food at this location
It was okay. We did receive our order in a timely manner however part of our food was just thrown together. She gave us 4 sauces... for 10 tacos, we had to ask for more. That seem to be a problem. We asked for sour cream and she replied very nasty that theydidn't have any. She gave us one ketchup....wth?! And the loaded fries just looked thrown together!! We are out of towers, so wedefinitely won't have to visit thus place again!! Read more
Check your food. I stop here occasionally since it's on my way and have low expectations. Say no mayo and get mayo on both sides... of the burger, say curly fries and get regular with a curly fry on top. You get what you pay for but make sure they give youwhat you ask for. Read more
Moved from Tennessee about 5 years ago and had no clue there was a jack in the box here. Y'all are awesome.
