I usually love coming to this establishment to get subs for my family or mom, but today will be my last day! It was very... uncomfortable to watch a customer being greeted when coming in the door and no one said a word to me. I was not reallyacknowledged throughout any of my transactions from ordering to paying for my food, honestly. Just a terrible experience thatleft a bad taste in my mouth, one I will never forget. Ordered from the app - sub club COMBO with salt and vinegar chips and pure leaf tea with lemon. Arrived at the store to pickup... my food and they didn't have the chips or drink. The employee refused to give me a refund! He stated he could give me a numberand I could call back for a manager. Absolutely unacceptable. Ultimately, I grabbed an unsweetened drink and bbq chips...neither of which I wanted. I should have disputed the charges with my bank. Luckily, the sandwich was properly made and tasty. Read more
Ordered 2 subs online, picked them up and went home. Opened them up, no bacon on my sub that was supposed to come with it, no... bacon on the other sub that I paid to have it put on, no spicey mustard on it, and no oil and vinegar on them. When I called oneof the 3 younger boys that was working answered. He told me they ran out of bacon which I understand happens but they shouldhave told me when I picked the subs up. But then he said they don't do spicey brown mustard at that store... then when I toldhim about the oil and vinegar he said "oh my bad".
