We ordered a giant #7 sub from the app, and my girlfriend picked it up. She did not realize that it was a regular sized #7 when... she picked it up, but we were charged for, and the receipt said, it was a giant. I called the store multiple times to try andget them to charge us for a regular instead but they let it ring until someone picked it up, said something unintelligible, andhung up on me. If I could give this location "0" stars I would. My family and I have been there a few times and have witnessed, managers, and... crew members treat the younger workers with no respect. They talk to the younger workers like they are beneath them. We wereembarrassed for the younger workers. The staff (not everyone) does not take pride in their jobs, they are rude, short temperedwith customers, and rather listen to music then actually listening to a customers order. In turn, our sandwiches were madeincorrectly twice. When informed about it, we'll just say "if looks could kill" I would not be here typing this review. Mostdon't greet customers upon entering the store. The sandwiches have gone down hill and the staff as well. My family and I willdrive the extra mile or two to another location, this location does not deserve my money any longer. Read more
My only complaint about my visit is the grill was down so NO hot sandwiches. So I got the Supreme Club which was awesome.
This place is so nasty, untrained employees. There?s always a different crew here working. Service just awful. I was here last... night at this location. It was a girl first night, I understand. When it was time for toppings, she had already covered my breadin mayo. Thank goodness I did want it but not that much. Never did she ask. I had two sandwiches. I love jersey mikes but I don?t recommend this location. The lady tried to lie to me and tell me that they aren?t allowed to... grill cold subs. I?ve worked at Jersey Mike?s for 2 years in the past at 2 locations in 2 different cities and I?ve never heardthis. I?ve also ordered from multiple locations with the same order and I?ve never once heard this. I told her that and sheagreed to grill it for me but warned me that people have gotten food poisoning from it before. That?s quite literally not howfood poisoning works. But funny how she finally obliged after calling her out on it. But you literally don?t get food poisoningfrom taking properly handled meat and then further cooking it. She grilled my sandwich, if you even want to call it ?grilled?.My sandwich wasn?t even slightly warmed from what she did to it. I feel like THAT is more dangerous than actually grilling it!!When someone asks for their sandwich GRILLED, they want it GRILLED. the cheese and all of the ham on my Italian was still cold.My whole sandwich is cold.
