Really great in-store experiences. The staff is amazingly nice and professional.
We have been going here on a weekly basis. Last week they messed up our order. This week they missed it up again. I drove back... to the store with the receipt in hand and it obviously did not match the order. The manager on duty didn't apologize and grabbedthe sandwiches that were wrong and threw them in the trash. Then when they started remaking the sandwiches I spoke up becausethey were wrong again. When I returned home they still were not correct. How hard is it to fix a number 1 slim with ham andcheese??? Read more
The delivery address of mine is 4 minutes from this jimmy johns (I am unable to leave or I would?ve picked it up). I called... around 1230 asking about my order and told it was going out the door now. It is currently 1:00 and I have no received any mealor communication from them. When I called back to cancel my order so I can get my money back , once the man answered the phonehe huffed his breath as though he was annoyed. I will not order from this location again. Read more
30+ minutes late to a business 2 miles away. Poor customer service over the phone. We refused delivery and ordered from Southern... Salads.. always a winner and prompt delivery! Read more
Jimmy Johns markets itself as having ?freaky fast? delivery. That is not true for this location. On a multitude of occasions I... have waited over 30 minutes for 1 sub. I have also ran late for a meeting due to their inability to delivery quickly or within areasonable time. Will not spend my money here nor will I use them to cater our meetings anymore. Read more
My experience here is always fantastic. Everyone that works there is always very friendly and food is ready quickly. Tonight was... no different, except when I walked in the young lady working was sitting on one of the back counters that she had to get off ofto ring out my order. I understand that there are times you need to sit. I work 8 hours a day on my feet so I totallyunderstand the need to sit. I just think the counter or table or whatever it was is not the best place to do that. Just a bitunprofessional and not very sanitary. Read more
