Cashier Cheryl is pleasant, helpful and has pride in her job. The food was nice and hot. Dining area was clean.
I ordered thru the app and got my conformation that my order was ready at 8:15. When I get there noone comes to the drive thru.... A guy taking out trash tells me they're closed. I explained that I had a mobile order and conformation so he told me to go tothe window. The 3 people at the window argued amongst themselves more than they talked to me. They basically told me they didn'thave anything to do with it and it wasn't their responsibility to assist me and closed the window while I was talking. The trashguy came back to the window and said they close at 9 but they normally shut down btwn 7:30 and 8 or when they run out offood. This is most definitely one of the most unprofessional group of sorry somebodies I have ever dealt with. I won't be goingback to the Ebenezer location. If there was an option for zero stars...that would still be too high. Read more
