Cashier Cheryl is pleasant, helpful and has pride in her job. The food was nice and hot. Dining area was clean.
I ordered thru the app and got my conformation that my order was ready at 8:15. When I get there noone comes to the drive thru.... A guy taking out trash tells me they're closed. I explained that I had a mobile order and conformation so he told me to go tothe window. The 3 people at the window argued amongst themselves more than they talked to me. They basically told me they didn'thave anything to do with it and it wasn't their responsibility to assist me and closed the window while I was talking. The trashguy came back to the window and said they close at 9 but they normally shut down btwn 7:30 and 8 or when they run out offood. This is most definitely one of the most unprofessional group of sorry somebodies I have ever dealt with. I won't be goingback to the Ebenezer location. 3 stars because the food was good but it was a crazy 45 minute wait time! Ordered the 12 piece meal with the free beverage... bucket in extra crispy. Got up to the window and was told it will be a 17 minute wait time. Pulled over to wait and watched 15cars go through the drive through. You can't tell me none of them ordered extra crispy chicken. 30 minutes later my husband wentinside and they hadn't even begun to make our order. I don't usually ever go in this particular store because it's only a few blocks from home. I don't know if you would consider... their drive-thru speed average or slow but it doesn't take too long to get through the drive-through, they are friendly and thefood is always hot oh, and I definitely would rather wait on hot food then to get old food that's been sitting around quickly.So, again they are friendly and I've never had any issues with my food order from this k f c. $70 spent total on 2 separate orders and got home...both orders wrong, even after asking to cashier was the order right. She... said yes. Getting what you pay for use to mean something by fast food companies. Now, you have to check every time you order.It's ridiculous. Read more
