Awful service. After ordering they call to inform me they had no delivery person and after canceling order it would take 5 to10... business days to be taken off debit card. Gave them one more try and they made door dash girl stand there for 20 mins makingpizza.Back to Pizza Hut food better anyway Read more
Ordered takeout around 9 pm and only one guy was there making the food. It took a little longer after I got there because he had... about 7 delivery orders to do as well, but it was still very timely and it tasted great. He was nice through it all too and hada great attitude. The owners are definitely not paying their people enough or scheduling right, but 5 stars for the ones makingthem their money. Read more
One star because 0 stars isn't an option! We have always loved Marco's pizza, bowls and salads, but will find another favorite.... Terrible experience on last night. Placed on on-line order for pick-up. I spent over an hour and a half waiting and beingtold that my order was coming up, then it was in the oven, then being boxed...the order was actually lost and hadn't beenstarted. After an hour and a half I asked for the franchise owner's name and number and was screamed at by the manager. Shefinally calmed down, as did I and we ended the night amicably. I understand that during this economy where nobody wants to workthat they were experiencing staffing problems, but after my order was finally prepared and I got home with it (over 2 hoursafter it was ordered) the order wasn't right. Actually the pizza was made without sauce...no sauce! Then the meatball bake wasmissing sausage (they were out) so they added pepperoni. It was all sauce, a few meatballs, 9 slices of pepperoni and a smallamount of cheese. The Greek Salad was great, except instead of Greek Dressing we got Ranch! ???? The best pizza in Rock hill SC by far. When I order extra cheese , they actually give me the extra cheese. The pizza and wings... are always hot and fresh. So good its hard not to eat it while sitting in the car after I pick it up. Place is always clean andorganized . The people here are always friendly and helpful. And I always pick up my food because I know these places get verybusy and deal with a lot of inpatient people. Read more
Marco's pizza is pretty good for chain pizza. I put my order in online and picked it up. Pizzas were cooked well and loaded... up. They did not skimp like other places. It took a little longer to get the order ready, but I think that's the norm now fora lot of restaurants now. I'd order from here again. Good pizza and a good value for what you get. Read more
