When I got to the second window, the lady was handing me a drink. I let her know, that I didn't have a drink. She kept telling... me, yes you did. So I took the drink and put the straw in the cup. She opened the window and said, give me the drink! I saidexcuse me. Then she stated you didn't have a drink, I said correctly I kept telling you that, but you kept telling me I did, soI took it. I asked her why do I need to give it back when you're just going to throw it away. She demanded it back, so I gave itback with the straw and everything. The lady was really rude and nasty. Read more

Did not enjoy this service On Nov 2nd I order a number 7 witch is 2 (two) cheeseburgers and drink and a fry (of choice size).... Well when I got my food neither of my burgers had meat in them and and my drink was carbonated water. I?ve never seen this levelof poor service in all my life of eating fast foods??????????? They now have kiosk in the front for you to order your own food. If you want a quarter pounder with Big Mac fixings good luck... trying to order that on the kiosk. And the staff will completely ignore you only tell you to use the kiosk and then throw yourbag of food on the counter and call your number. They have removed the employee interaction from inside. An older guy came inand ask them to take his order and they refused to take his order told him to use the kiosk or leave. Read more

Decided to eat in. Although whoever was working at the time was more focused on the drive thru, the overall experience itself... was great after I got my food 15min after ordering it. My son really enjoyed the light up table that we sat at and the place wasvery clean. Read more

absolutely horrible experience. kiosk was maddening to figure out. took about 15-20 minutes before our order number was called.... We selected dine-in and they bagged the food. A supervisor was scolding a worker for bagging it, yet STILL did not provide atray. We ordered 3 sprites, and they were sitting on a counter, yet the girl could not comprehend that she needed to hand themto us for us to actually receive them. Supervisor scolded her that she had one job, to fix the drinks. We had no straws, had togo back to counter for that. None of sauces were included in the bags we ordered. My 1/4 burger was PLAIN! no ketchup,nothing!!! Worst McDonald?s ever been to. No kiosk or self-ordering can take the place of personable face to face ordering andcare for customers. Read more

I'm disappointed in McDonald's me and my kids love them. I got a raw qt pounder sloppy deluxe twice. I asked for light... everything. First time the sandwich was sloppy and raw I came back and they were like they would fix it spoke with the managerand all. It happened again so disappointed and hungry smh.
