Lady at the speaker was very rude. We were going to order and she then said if we want food we got to wait 5 minutes, ok fine,... we then asked if we could order and just wait and she said in exact words ? you ain?t waitin in my line like that?. We left. Imsorry, but that?s not the way you talk to your customers. She needs to be fired. If you aren?t getting customers because of anemployees actions they need to be left go cause it?s causing your business issues. Avoid this one if possible outside of the lunch crew. The amount of times that they refuse to take orders or are only taking... cash is insane. I think in the past 5 times I have been there, I have only been served twice. Truly one of the most frustratingMcDonald's around town. Edit: oh, there ice cream machine is down. Surprise surprise! The worst service ever, they ALWAYS get the order wrong. Train your employees!!!!! You get one star for the pies. Can't mess... those up. Just pick the one that is written on the order ticket, throw them in the microwave and hand them to us. But no, theyhave to give you the wrong one. ???? The food is decent. It's just the workers. I went there today and got to the first window and the lady was like "give me your... money" i was shocked at first but I didn't care at this point. All I wanted was my food. Got my food and left, got home . Turnsout my nuggets wasent in my bag.. all I had was fries.. I went back n they lady said I couldn't get a refund! Pulled up to drive thru and employee told us she couldn't take any orders for another 3 minutes. We said that's okay and started... reading thru the menu. As we waited she came back on the drive thru intercom and said would you mind not sitting in my drivethru. Drive around. She was so rude and what was really the harm of us waiting the 3 minutes while their system comes back up?There were no other vehicles in drive thru since the employee ran off the only other patron in front of us. Good food made fast, drive through is pretty quick most always but there is that semi common case of having a worker asleep at... the wheel only wanting to get off work I could live without which is why I only give 4 stars but that aside, I recommend thisplace. No complaints price wise. Also the order accuracy is quite spot on good. Read more
So no signs saying anything and tried to go in to use the bathroom and get food. Doors locked with no signs as to why or... anything. Got in the drive thru and again no signs but they are closed saying they are changing products over at 6pm on aSunday. What does that even mean?? I wouldn't waste your time it's probably Bot gon a be open, felt like this wasn't the firsttime they've not been open. Read more
