Never before have I left a negative review, nor felt the need to speak negatively of an establishment (let alone a fast-food... restaurant.) That being said; I work in food. I understand the stress of being busy, or swamped at a less-than-desirable hour.However, when costumers come in - we serve them. This does not seem to be the case at this McDonald?s. I arrived at thislocation at 11:30pm (the location closes at 12.) There was a moderate amount of people in drive, and I normally hate to be theperson who comes in right before close but - as someone who works in food - 30 minutes before closing is not ridiculous by anystandard. However, when myself and my friend arrived, after waiting a period of time to reach the speaker: We were told thatthis McDonald?s was ?no longer serving costumers at this time.? I attempted to ask why, and was presumably redirected to amanager who quite rudely and curtly told me ?we don?t serve costumers at this time anymore you will need to leave thedrive-thru.? For lack of a better phrase: I had to laugh. This location is a joke and better management on both a store and I?massuming district level needs to be located and hired. Previous management needs to be reprimanded and fired. At the end of theday: It?s really nothing worth losing sleep over, however it?s quite ridiculous to turn away paying costumers because you cannotsuccessfully schedule an adequate amount of staff in order to accommodate an influx of costumers. Arrived and they only had nuggets and fries and no ice???? Worst one I?ve been to, and honestly this isn?t the first time.... Everytime I go here the breakfast burritos are unrolled and a mess. And the food is usually cold. I had hope that maybe theychanged but when I went this evening.. no ice, only nuggets and fries. If I could give no stars, I would. Read more
As usual my standard me of two Big Macs and a medium fry did not disappoint. The fries are always so crispy and salted to... perfection and nothing beats their specific Coca-Cola mixture. I love it. My only disappointment is the ice cream machine wasbroken when I came, but the young lady at the draft do window was super polite and really made my day. Read more
Had to change my review because after going my first time, every visit after has sucked worse and worse. Who counts a drawer and... does bookkeeping at 1:30am in the middle of the 3rdh shift lunch rush. Then another "oh the machines down for frappes" again 2in one night. I really want to know what this district manager does with his time because obviously he can't do his job. Not onemcdonalds is nice to visit past 11pm. They all will tell you they don't have frappes, some say they only have fried foodsavailable. Then the amount of disrespected you get for questioning why??!! I went by at 5AM and I was the only person in the drive through and when the lady came over the speaker she said " It will be... about 10 minutes and I will be right with you" So I said OK and then she came back on and said "Are you going to wait?" and Ianswered Yes Mam. After a few minutes I ordered and drove around to the window to find out their card machine was broken and Ileft! Read more
Wrong order & when I told them the cashier was angry that I just didn't take the wrong item's & said it was more food than I... actually ordered anyways. Then I make it home & the condiments weren't correct & Fries were not even room temperature. I live2mins away & went straight home. I kids have food allergies so when I order the food without item's it's not because we're pickyit's because they can't have it. So thank you for not answering the phone when I called back to let you know that the order wasincorrectly made & I was now cooking dinner instead of coming back to deal with the wrong made item's. The woman who works third shift.. I?m not sure what her name is, but I come there every night almost and she does a phenomenal... job. The line is always wrapped around the building and she kills it every time. Thank you for great service Read more
