We enjoyed brunch here on Sunday. They are known for their upscale atmosphere, and wonderful food. Our server seemed... inexperienced and uncertain, and could use some guidance and training. Everything was prepared as ordered and served hot. Don’t skip dessert! Read more

Excellent service that was helpful and informative. We made reservations and when you do they ask if you are celebrating any... particular event. We were going for my son's birthday and they left a card at our table signed by the staff. The food wasfantastic. Great farm to table options that were full of flavor. Read more

Great atmosphere, very clean both on seating side and bathroom was very well kept clean. The menu at lunch is small but the... taste makes up for the menu. All the choices I have tried I had no complaints. The servers are very friendly and upbeat. Irecommend trying. Read more

We walked in on a Sunday evening without a reservation and sat at the bar which has very comfortable seats and a good vibe. Both... my wife and I got the chicken tenders and two sides. The tender breading was nice but it was fried maybe a bit too long removingtoo much moisture. Both the greens and cabbage were good. The creamy mac and cheese was more on the dry side and I probablywouldn't get it again. Brussel sprouts were a very large serving and very tasty. On the bright side the staff was friendly, funand attentive and drinks were great! I will definitely come back and further explore the menu. Read more

Was thinking the food would be good here, but left disappointed. Ordered the trout and thought they brought the wrong order out... as you can see the trout was barely visible with all the sauce drenched over it. It was small portion for the price and I’vehad better elsewhere. The meat in the country fried steak was too tough and chewy and the fried chicken was a bit on the dryside. Like others have said, wish the quality of food matched the price. Won’t be coming back. Read more

The Goodyear House is one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte, so since they opened this place, I've been dying to try... it. We made a reservation for restaurant week and the regular menu looked so good that we ended up ignoring the restaurant weekmenu. We went with friends and got some appetizers to share which I highly recommend doing to try more than just yourentrees. We tried: - Bang Bang Brussels - New Alwins Shrimp Toast - Pull-Apart Reuben Sliders - Caramel Pork Shoulder - PulledPork Melt with creamy mac & cheese They knocked it out of the park. The appetizers were the star of the show in my opinion. Thesliders were not your average reuben which is why I loved them. The marinated kale on them was phenomenal. The Brussels were thebest I've ever had with that bang bang sauce. I wanted to ask for a spoon to drink the sauce of the shrimp toast. I loved bothentrees, but the pork flavor was similar between the two so I wish we would have mixed it up. The pork shoulder wins for mebecause of the sticky greens. I've never liked collards, but it turns out I do like them when they're done well. The servicewas outstanding. We had the friendliest waitress. They also let us bring a cake for my birthday and didn't charge us. Theyvalidate parking, but only for an hour. If you go over, the garage only charges $1/hour though. I'd love to come back to tryboth brunch and lunch because both sound amazing! Chef Coleman does it again. Make sure to stop by and try it! Read more

Excellent service and a great meal! Emma was very knowledgeable of the menu and told us all about brunch. I'm a huge brunch fan... and really appreciate that they mentioned it! Chicken BLT was good but the star tonight was the Short Rib and Field Pea Chili! The fry bag was also great and is recommend trying all three flavors. Read more

We had a good time and a great meal! Salmon and grits was fantastic. There's a pretty unique appetizer called Ring Toss that... includes fried onion rings with a little fried okra and banana peppers added. Tasty. Their house made salad dressings are goodtoo. Several unique cocktails on the menu. You can park in the garage below. Read more
