Reservations @5 for a large party but had to wait because there was another party seated where we were supposed to be seated.... They were done eating but sat around wasting time so we were seated in another section. 30 people 1 waiter, 1 guest neverreceived her food. The lighting was not good for me and they menu was difficult for me to read for that reason, left my readersat home. We had an exceptionally good experience at the Outback location. We were traveling through the area back to NC. Our seating... was prompt and drinks delivered quickly. Our food was wonderful. We inadvertently left our credit card on the table and calledthe restaurant from the road a couple of hours later. They had found the card and mailed it to us the next day. We feel thatdining out customer service is not what it used to be, however, this Outback location is an exception. Read more

We were told the wait was 15 minutes but we didn't wait long to be seated. We ordered a blooming onion and kookaburra wings. The... onion was crispy on the outside but still a raw onion inside... it was also really small. The kookaburra wings were tiny andhalf cooked. We had to send both items back for new ones. The entrees were a prime rib sandwich with fries, an 11 oz mediumsteak with mash potatoes and mac and cheese, and a 6oz well done steak n mate with blooming shrimp, loaded potato, and housesalad. The sandwich was rock hard. The medium steak and mashed potatoes were cold. The well done steak was burnt. The bloomingshrimp was incredibly salty. It was all bad. The manager offered to comp the entrees without hesitation. We appreciated hertaking accountability. Unfortunately, the food industry has suffered after the pandemic and some restaurants haven't recoveredwell. I hope this location gets back on track because I enjoy Outback. Seated quickly& speedy service. Tired the strawberry lemonade & bloomin fried chicken. Lemonade was full of strawberry, loved it... & the chicken was full of flavors and not dried out. Mac & cheese was very cheesy lots of flavorful seasoning. The mash potatoeshad potato skin mot many places do that but i liked them & they were smooth 10/10 I would go here again. Read more

Let me just start with, I understand that when ordering delivery, you have to lodge the complaint through the delivery service.... HOWEVER, when I order a steak RARE that ends up a medium, I believe that is the restaurant's fault NOT Doordash. I called therestaurant and asked to speak to a manager. The young man asked what the issue was and then put me on hold. 5 minutes later hecomes back to the line and proceeds to inform me that the Manager says she can not help me and to take it up with Doordash. Totell them my food was overcooked and they could do something about it. Pretty sad that the manager couldn't even take the timeto speak to a customer who just spent over 50 dollars on overcooked steaks. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.How is your cook over cooking a rare steak the delivery companies fault? Not only was my rare steak cooked to a medium, mymother's medium rare was almost well done. The loaded baked potato had NO bacon on it, chives when none were requested. Mycoconut shrimp was packed in a small bag on top of the Icecream for the brownie so of course they were completely cold. I am sodisappointed with this location. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time in a row theyhave messed up our food. I think I'm done with them regardless of my reward points. Was traveling through and stopped in before I went to my hotel. Awesome staff, they were short staffed and I was seated for my... meal alone in about 10-15 minutes. Sat down at my table around 8:30-8:45 pm. Very obvious they were taking time to properlyclean and sanitize the tables and seats. My waiter Cameron was very friendly and attentive. Would have been easy to beoverlooked as a party of one with so many large groups at the restaurant on a Saturday night. But Cameron was the bomb. Had mywhole meal within 20 minutes. Steak was cooked perfectly and even all the way through. Rice and Mac n cheese were great. TheBloomin Petals were below normal standards however onion was almost completely cooked away. The meal and service as a whole madeup for that in a big way though. Will definitely keep this location on my radar next time I travel in the area Read more
