Worst pizza I've ever had. It was very expensive, raw, and inedible. Do not advise you eat here.
Every single time I order from this location, something is wrong. The first time I ordered half Bacon Half pepperoni, they put... it on the whole pizza. The second and third time they forgot my wings TWICE. And tonight they made a buffalo chicken papadiawith EVERYTHING on it when I clearly chose "Make your own papadia" and ONLY put chicken, cheese, and buffalo sauce for my VERYpicky son. Door dash orders never ready for pick up. Have to wait every time I arrive. Orders should be made and ready just like any other... order that pops up. Their customers are also my customers, when I wait, they have to wait, and they shouldn't have to wait to belast just because it's door dash. Other Papa John's locations ALWAYS have my orders ready when I arrive. Read more
They now have a call center and it's not worth the aggravation. Reason order food online and wasn't givin the opinion to add a... tip. I redid the order 4 to 5 times and it still wouldn't give me the option. So called the location and it sent me to a callcenter. Once I explained everything to the lady 3 times she sent me to the location and I kept getting hung up on. NOT WORTH IT. Read more
Foods alright. Usually hit or miss. My issue is with the delivery. Now hey I get it . Everyone has bad days . But you?re... delivering pizza. How hard is it to be professional doing that? Cursing, repping gang colors, yanking out the pizza any kindaway. Come on man. You lose tips that way, and jobs if enough people complain. Read more
Do not eat here.....In town for a AAU tournament order $40 worth of food at 10pm for deliveryand time to be delivered was 10:37.... Had to call back 45 min out still had not received food then I get a message from Door Dash that she was on the way. I didn't doa Dash order restaurant used without my knowledge. Food delivered to a place 1.3 miles away from location 1hr 10 min. Food wascold and horrible. Didn't get all food requested. Call back to place a complaint was on the phone for 17min on hold no one neverpicked up. Worse service ever will NEVER go back. Read more
Literally permanently sat on hold no one answers the phone they aren?t taking online orders and the don?t answer the phone!... Fantastic location sat on hold for 20 minutes couldn?t even get a real person on the phone just the same ridiculous automatednonsense ad on repeat for 20 mins. Read more
