I called about a missing part of my order and the girl who answered the phone was not helpful. Told me I had to come and get it... or take a credit. When customers pay for delivery fee and their product, it should be refunded when not received. She rudelyplaced me on hold and didn't come back. I had to call again to speak to an asst. manager who said that since they outsourcedelivery to Doordash, I have to call them. Pizza Hut needs to change that. I placed my order directly on your website and youtook the money. Don't give customers the run around with another company. The pizza was not even worth the hassle. Bland and nothot. I ordered online and apparently DoorDash brought my food , but they gave it to my neighbor even though our apartment numbers are... clearly different and left part of the order at the store . I had to go to the store and get a refund to find out I I won?treceive my money for 3 days. Pizza Hit on Herlong Ave has some of the worst service and makes you feel unwanted to order. Our order wasn't cooked completely.... We had to finish cooking it once we got home. Read more

Yall owe me some money back. I ordered 2 pan pizza's (which was extra $). However we got 2 hand tossed, pan pizza should have... been much deeper this was more on the thin side. I also asked for light sauce but the sauce was caked on. Read more
Very dissapointed eating raw dough, ingredients were plentyful, how ever doughy on the bottom, could have stayed in the oven 8or... 10 minutes. Flopped and torn from the weight of the toppings. Read more
They always get my order wrong. Also their delivery takes very long, and most of the time they even have trouble trying to find... someone to deliver it. I suggest if you eat here make sure that your food is correct before leaving. Read more
