I come to this location often being that I work nearby. The last two times I've placed an order, my orders have been rung up... wrong. Today 11/12, I ordered a grande Carmel brûlée latte, extra pump of syrup with no whip. When I received my order, itwas a Carmel macchiato, decaf, 5 pumps of syrup. When I realized my order was wrong, I went inside to correct my order. I wasmet with eye rolls from the young lady who took my order at the window (red hair). Rude. Received my order once again and it wasstill wrong. I need this matter rectified as soon as possible. Read more

Worst Starbucks location I?ve been to. The lady at the window had an attitude because I added one more item to my order when I... got to the window. She told me she couldn?t warm up my cheese danish because I ordered it at the window, like really? I askedfor my receipt and she decided to get a attitude about it. That?s crazy! Never again. The employees at this location are quick and efficient, but they are also super pleasant. Every single employee I?ve encountered... at this location has been absolutely wonderful! I pass two other Starbucks locations on my drive to work but always go out of myway to visit this one. I can get coffee anywhere, but the level of friendliness at this location can?t be beat! So I never write bad reviews. Ever. I?m never the customer to complain even when someone messes an order up I just am grateful... for anything. I worked in customer service for a very long time and learned that there?s a right way and a wrong way to speak topeople. I come to this location all the time and usually the employees are so nice. I came through the other day and placed amobile order and I didn?t realize you needed to place the order several minutes before arriving. I?ve never paid attention tothat so it?s my fault. But the employee that greeted me at the window was EXTREMELY rude to me about ?for future reference giveus a little more time for mobile orders? it wasn?t what was said it was the tone of voice. It was very rude wjd I didn?tappreciate it at all. I also ordered a food item and she ignored me still sitting there and asked why I was still there. I saidvery nicely that I also had a ham & Swiss sandwich. She was rude about that too. Don?t remember her name but it was Tuesdaymorning that I went through. I went through again and she was rude again and I was even extra nice. So I won?t be returning tothis location. I will be going to others. I never ever feel this way about places because I understand what it?s like to work infood service but I don?t like feeling uncomfortable going in a drive thru. It?s a little ridiculous. I would suggest finding adifferent person to work your drive thru window ;) thank you for everyone else?s kindness! Read more

Right before 3pm today my friend ran out of gas near this Starbucks. I was on the way to take her gas can to the closest gas... station when a very nice motorist pushed her car out of the street and into the drive at Starbucks. An employee came out andtold her they would tow her car if she left to go get gas. It was pushed into a lane where there was two way traffic, andanyone wanting to go through there would have no problem getting around her car, even if it became busy. Thank you for havingno human compassion or understanding today. Read more
