very slow. ordered ahead on the app, where it said my food would be ready in 6-9 mins. it took them over 25 mins to prepare my... egg white bites. the woman standing next to me had to leave without her order because she couldn?t wait any longer and would?vebeen late for work. no apology from any of the 7 staff members working. unreliable service Read more

Coffee is good, service is terrible. Very little empathy for their customers and basic communication skills are amiss. "I'll see... what I can do" means they will do nothing and if you call, expect them to hang up on you. Read more

I do have a pretty customizable drink, I usually like to get a grande espresso frap w/ almond milk, 3 pumps of SF vanilla syrup... instead of the actual frap syrup and also double blended; this drink is so yummy if you watch you sugar intake. Today I went andgot this drink and was not impressed at all. I?ve been to this location several times with this drink order but I don?t thinkthis is the same drink and definitely not double blended. This spot is pretty nice and they're good at handling rushes when it counts since they're close to Winthrop, however I will say... that it's a solid chance you're not gonna get the right flavor when you order something. I've stopped going to this spot asoften because I'll order something simple, like a mocha frappuccino, and it's someone forgot to add the syrup or don't make itproperly, ending up with a bland drink and a waste of money. They always do my drinks perfectly as long as I go inside and not the drive thru. For some reason I just have trouble getting... them to do it right when I go to the drive-thru, so I just go in instead! Which is absolutely no problem. I love the people inthere. They're super nice, very friendly and they always get my drink correct when I go in and explain it to them how I'd likeit done. I guess my order is kind of a little hard to understand through the drive-thru without me visually being able toexplain it lol Read more

Twice arrived and indoor dining is closed but no indication on the web page. Not fair to people to arrive to read a sign on the... door. Dropped to two stars, walked in the cold for 30 minutes, arrived and the sign said hours open and the door was locked.Drive thru is open because that is where most of the revenue is generated. But when one does not have a car we need indoorservice. McDonald's, Taco Bell, and other organizations at least have a kiosk indoor ordering or online if any personnelresources for staffing. Fix the problem not just use a sign on the door...Thanks! Read more
