Food was not good at all. They have also gotten rid of the chicken breast and some of the wraps. Soup was dried out.

Horrible attitudes. Didn't listen when I told them it was enough mayo or oil, wouldn't talk when I asked how they were today.... Slammed my sandwich on the cou ter 3 times trying to stick the sticker to the wrapper, telling each other they just want to gohome. Lazy and rude. Horrible employees. Won't be going there again. I'm a Subway fan however this particular location needs some work. The sneeze guard glass was dirty, there was far too much... dust on the register and surrounding area, etc. All indicators are it is not being maintained liked it should be. Read more

I have shown up here 3 days in a row and every day I turn around and leave because the line never moves and employees look like... they have no idea how to get sandwiches made and people out the door. Read more

I went to the E Main Subway by Food Lion in Rock Hill. I ordered online and when I got there, they were out of what I ordered.... Thomas gave me a refund and free chips and a drink. Maddie was his coworker and they were both super nice and polite. Idefinitely give this Subway a ????. Read more

Ordered through the app and had food delivered.. Both sandwiches were made wrong. One was not toasted so we had a cold Chicken... Teriyaki sandwich. The other sandwich was missing all ingredients but one. The receipt that was attached to the sandwiches wascorrect, but the food was wrong. I don't know what happened. Tried to call and see what happened but they didn't answer thephone. And I called multiple times. I was trying to make the store aware of what happened so they can make sure it doesn'thappen to anyone else and they can figure out the issue. But their communication is limited I guess. My sub was supposed to have jalapeños, pickles, onions, lettuce, olives, oil, vinegar, etc.. this is all that I received. Missy... (supposedly the manager) said. ?Oh Well, you shouldn?t have taken it.? How was I supposed To know that you and your staff can?tread? It?s starts with management.
